Good, heavy knife. Shape on delivery. This is carbon steel. I have to say it’s impressive

 And yeah it's not a large blade. It's less than 10 centimeters. It's very lightweight. It's slightly lighter than the cold steel Pendleton light Hunter

 Hello everyone. In this week's video I used the whole week my Mora 510. It's a nice inexpensive

 blade with very good quality. This is to be expected from Mora. It's a nice little knife

 with a polymer handle, carbon steel blade. They also have stainless as well. It's Scandinavian

 grind. Very simple sheet. Plastic sheet. It has a belt loop over here, what I could

 get it out because it wasn't very useful and I used this. It's like a sleeve. It goes

 in and it has this loop. Usually I wear it as a neck knife or in my pocket. Very nice

 and simple sheet. Goes either way and it stays pretty securely in the sheet. And it has slim

 profile as the knife itself. The handle is pretty comfortable I can say. It's more rounded.

 More rounded than the cold steel Pendleton light. It's more square on the Pendleton light

 Hunter and I can say it's slightly more comfortable. It is slightly narrow as well. But it's staying

 in my hand and doesn't give me any hot spots. I use this knife on many occasions. The last

 week I used it for full prepping. Did some little carving. But in the past, over a year

 ago I used it quite a lot for carving. I made this one for my wife. And I have made few

 more that are not finished yet. And it's all been done with this knife. And I used the

 saw to remove bigger chunks of material. And this one as well. And I can say that the knife

 it's pretty comfortable and easy to use on very very detailed work. The tank also goes

 two thirds into the handle. You can use it for a very light batoning. And yeah it's not

 a large blade. It's less than 10 centimeters. It's very lightweight. It's slightly lighter

 than the cold steel Pendleton light Hunter. What else? They have a stainless steel version.

 It's candy grind. Pretty much that's it. I'm very happy with this little knife. I don't

 use it for my main blade. But for hiking, I haven't used it for hiking. I used this

 one on a couple of occasions for long distance hikes. But this one also I think it will be

 very good and reliable blade and tool to have with you on a hike. On the handle the polymer

 handle it's quite tough handle. It's pretty strong. There's no chance you can accidentally

 destroy this handle. If you want to you can do that. In comparison with my Mora Garberg.

 I was thinking before I got my Garberg that probably the material will be the same as

 this one. But on the Garberg it feels slightly softer. And I'll do a review of the Garberg

 as well in the next few weeks. And in the next week is my pretty much my favorite Mora

 Outdoor 2000. And the Outdoor 2000 it has this rubber insert over here. That's the hard

 plastic and that's the rubber. And the 510 doesn't have that in the Garberg either. But

 I'll discuss that in the Garberg video. So I think pretty much that's it. I hope that

This one is outstanding and, as you know, I wear my wilderness, Kydex cheese's, upside-down, neck, hangs and just wipe off the 510 here and it's perfect absolutely perfect. So if you're, looking for a Kydex sheath for a Mora or any other knife, wilderness Kydex is the place to go Joey's a great guy he's a very good friend of mine

The new more of 510 in black is a essentially a rebooted model

 Now the total length online, I saw a total length listed of 9 inches when I measured it guys. This total length of the more of 510 is only 8 inches, so this is 8 inches, 3.75 blade, 8 inches total length and the way is listed at 3. Point 2 ounces

  It's not a pretty knife. It's a very simple blade design with a plastic molded handle and a plastic molded sheath. Its proportions aren't attractive, but it is quite functional. The blade is strong and hard and I think the handle isn't going to fail me any time soon

 If you are going to use this for fire-starting your first step should be to grind the back to a usable shape.  Handle: Cheap feeling injection molded plastic, feels like what they make molded garbage cans from. That's not a bad thing in terms of durability (garbage cans are meant to sit outside for years), but it will feel cheap in your hands. The plastic contributes to its relatively light weight

 This knife costs about 8 euro, which is basically nothing it's the price you would pay for two beers in a bar, but you get a really quality bushcraft knife that is suited for anybody, that's looking to get into bushcrafting, but doesn't want to spend a lot of Money, but still have a great tool. It comes with a carbon steel blade finstock about two millimeters of carbon steel, Scandi grind, it's super sharp, like all Moors and it has a hard plastic handle that is suited also for larger sized hands. It'S really economic and gives you a good grip on the knife. Well, for whatever carving tasks you can imagine, another benefit of this knife is that the edge runs right into the handle, so you're not losing any leverage

 This is, in fact, a review of the Mora 510 black, and this knife is basically the cheapest entry-level Bosch bushcraft knife that you can get on the market. That is a quality knife here in Germany.  The knife rattles badly and one shake pops it right out. Don't know if this is representative of all 510's but it's bad. I'll sharpen it up, square the spine and make a kydex sheath for it and I'm sure it will serve me quite well, but not as received.
