Took one star off because no hook up method to tv is included. I did use one on hand to test picture quality and it's great. I would definitely recommend just know you will need to purchase a hdmi cord separately.

) I'm using a 12' cable from Walmart actually. This unit has wifi and RJ45 networking capability. Plug in a cat 5 or better cable if you choose to hardwire your network and connect t your switch/router/hub. Plug the unit in and follow the onscreen instructions

I've had it for just over a couple of months now. The remote is bad as it's clunky design has you accidentally going to Netflix all the time. The sound occasionally cuts out after I pause or skip around. The Alexa integration is horrible - if you jump through all the hoops to set it up, you'll then never use it

The remote has a bad problem with the placement of the buttons. The remote has many buttons, but aside from identifying them, the manual doesn't say much more. The worst part about the remote is the placement of the up, down, left and right navigation buttons, and the adjacent buttons, which are within an eight of an inch of them. The worst is that you can easily hit the Netflix button when going for the navigation button

the design is also a nice normal, sleek form factor; no nonsensical curved facets or oblique protuberances that some players feature. cons price is steep, but far less than the other devices i would count as direct competitors. This could be counted as a pro i suppose also in that sense, but would still like to see the general market price reduced in this area. the remote is fairly large and features many buttons that are perhaps unnecessary in 2019 (i've not used the number pad on a remote for about 10 years)

Pros: Design of this player is super compact. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Half the size of my older Blu-ray player. Wii-fi set up was simple enough
