The 6 Best Wireless Gaming Headsets - Spring 2022

 My answer to that question is yes, but nevertheless, that the Opus is making me question it at all speaks to their quality and value.

 It’s even easier if you just want to pause or resume music; just taking them off of your head will do the trick. The button to turn the noise cancellation on and off is alongside the left ear cup. Like a number of noise-canceling headphones available now, the Opus has a feature that switches on the microphones to let you hear what’s happening around you. You just have to hold the noise cancellation button to toggle it on, then lift off to go back into the ANC bubble

 More so, I wasn’t expecting miracles given Razer’s comparative lack of experience in making headphones. However, they are good enough to make me doubt if my Sony’s are that much better to warrant costing almost double the amount. My answer to that question is yes, but nevertheless, that the Opus is making me question it at all speaks to their quality and value.

The noise cancellation is an area where the Opus doesn’t reach parity with more expensive headphones. I had to raise their volume up higher than I was comfortable with to block out most of the outside noise. Keeping the Opus at a normal volume with noise cancellation on, I can clearly hear my partner talking on the phone from across the room. If you’re in a relatively quiet environment, I think they’ll do the trick, but I’m not confident at all that these could dampen an airplane engine or the loud voices and noises you may want to get rid of during your commute

As the title says i am looking for good isolation headphones. Due to bad experiences i am sensitive on some noises and my new neighbors are often louder.

Currently i am using HyperX Cloud Alpha - i am happy with the sound, but it feels like almost no isolation.

I can block out enough to be comfortable with hearing protection 3M Peltor Optime III, but those get uncomfortable after a while, especially when i am wearing ear buds underneath.

*Usage:*

I am looking for something i can wear for longer periods of time and i am wearing **glasses**.

Gaming, Movies, Music(wide range from classical and jazz to electronic bass heavy genres) and if possible just put them on for some peace and quiet.

  Go to top this off with some keynotes. they don’t get quite loud enough in my personal opinion they get loud enough that they’re audible but they don’t really feel like they’re pumping you full of noise at any point the bass is decent the audio is pretty good but I just don’t know I wouldn’t say that it was average and I wouldn’t say that it was bad it’s like it’s right in the middle and I can’t really say too much about it they are very medium on the scale of great, it’s weird

 not very light either The Cohen are actually surprisingly the closest to the bose in terms of comfortability but when it comes to gaming use I’d say they all fit just fine and that the the razors come close to first right behind Skullcandy my reasonings for this is because the 3-D ability of really telling you where things are in a video game is fascinatingly well done the skullcandy have a better range of sound like that of the Bose while also giving the user the ability to decide how much base they want which is actually what makes them in my opinion the coolest ones. razor is right behind those with less customizability being there no base slider.  the sound is as wide and rich as you could imagine it’s pretty much perfect but it has zero customizability which is sort of frustrating the Skullcandy crushers that I have are actually The Skullcandy crusher ANC which is the highest ranking Skullcandy headphones I’d say with the base slider all the way down they match the sound of the Bose but the headphones themselves don’t. they are not completely comfortable might be one of the more uncomfortable headphones that I own right behind it I would say that these razor headphones are actually closer to the skullcandy in terms of uncomfortability just because of how oddly tight that they are..

They come with a wireless transmitter dock with its own set of controls, allowing you to adjust settings like channel mixing and EQs on the fly.  Open this for glory, this is the microphone I'm guessing, so we've got cables, mic buff, so this is the second battery, very small, very thin, very light, that will just slide straight into the headset, this bag feels like a mic buff, just standard mic buff, we've got USB-C to USB-A, we've got USB-C to USB-A, why have we got two, no, connect to the headset, so if you don't want to use it wireless if you run out of battery or whatever, you should be able to just 3.5 it straight into your controller, headset there, cardboard, so that's quite chunky, so this is the command unit or control unit, it's very light, it's bigger than I thought, I was just expecting quite a thin thing, it's very light, you've got a line in, line out on the bottom, Xbox and a USB, so both USB-C's, twiddle twiddle, and yeah that's it, but yeah that's a fingerprint magnet, it's a lot bigger than I was expecting to be, but it's very light, so that's a good thing, and nothing else in the box apart from some silica gel, and then we've got the headset, so we've got a steel series little bag, very very nice, that's quality all over it, so you've got this kind of I'm guessing it's aluminium frame, you've got a suspension headband there so that takes everything off your head, that feels really nice, the adjustability on there, on both sides, there's no notches but that feels really cool, leather ear cups feel brilliant, super super squishy, yep and they twiddle so that will sit around your neck nicely, very little in way of branding apart from the steel series logo there and on that side, that's not bad, a bluetooth button there, a little bit of a mic on both sides, a little tractable mic as well, very very flexible, that feels like one of the best tractable mics we've ever used, that is brilliant and it sits in there perfectly, all this is going to be good, so we've got a mute button, we've got a power switch, we've got volume control which has got notches in it, 3.5mm and that is pretty much it, but that is a thing of quality, it's really well weighted, it's not heavy at all, we'll weigh it and put it in the full review, but I really like the adjustability on there as well, that is a superb pair of headphones, we've got some little notches there so if you want to take out, you can pop that out I guess, we'll just leave it as it is, why move stuff, might not fit, might fit, who knows, but yeah very very nice indeed, you can just see the drivers underneath, the meshes in there, so anyway that's a quick unboxing of the first look of the SteelSeries, get the box, Arctis Nova Pro wireless headset, huge thanks to SteelSeries for sending this and once we get hands on with the wired one we'll do a quick unboxing of that as well just to show you the difference, I believe it just connects, there's a wire connecting this to this at all times, but we will see, anyway if you like the video, thumbs up, like, subscribe, we'll use your stuff, that would be great, see you again, bye bye.

 That's an amazing amount of gaming and playback time considering the physical size of these batteries is smaller than Girardelli mini chocolates. I strung up to 4 days of usage out of a single battery. It feels like it could be stretched out to 30 hours across 5 days with ANC turned off. Add in the fact that these batteries take just 3 hours to fully recharge inside the base, and you can hot swap between batteries without turning the headset off, and you can basically keep playing with this gaming headset forever
