I really don't want to walk away from this product though. It's well put together so I'll probably stick with using tiles even if they are only part of the overall solution.

Definitely the best neck pillow I have used, but could be improved by possibly having different sizes to choose from and making it in a way that doesn't make your neck feel like it's wearing a winter coat! My husband had no complaints and was also able to nap in the car.

If I wasn't leaving on a trip I would have returned it for a replacement. The pillow it's self is wonderful, most comfortable fitting head rest pillow I have ever seen and I have a whole shelf of them, not even kidding I must have at least 20 of them. From blow up ones, to sky malls one which is not comfortable, to every bean and corn filled one ever made. This is the best and can't wait to use it just wish they had better quality control to catch the not sewing of them

This thing only really works when you’re within a certain range which makes it pointless. I bought this for one of my cats that sometimes goes outside. I like that I can make the tile play a sound when I want to find it, via the app on my phone. But when the tile is not in range, it does not work

If not, then not even a higher quality one like this will be worth the price. I've had it on long plane trips but it just tends to get more in the way than be helpful, for me anyway. I originally gave it 3 stars but that wasn't too fair because for a neck pillow, it is a nice material and is soft but firm somehow at the same time. So it's a tool that doesn't work too well for me, but a good one

What a genius marketing concept. The Tile people must be rolling in green. Works fine if you can get it to pair. Works fine if you can get your old man to figure out how to use a smartphone

As other reviewers have mentioned, the stuff sack is worthless and should be replaced with a better quality one for the price of this pillow. Stuff sack doesn't match the quality of the pillow at all, and obviously will rip out if not re-stitched. This pillow is a bit more expensive than some others which are also comfortable, but none have the back of the neck detail that is making this my favorite.

It also squishes into the travel bag very easily and can be strapped to your luggage; it's very light and small so really not a problem when adding to your carry-on situation at the airport. The main reason I dropped a couple of stars was because the outer cover started wearing through in a few spots after only 2 uses. For the price I would really expect this to last a while, but I'm not sure it'll survive another trip. Still - it helped me fall asleep and stay asleep comfortably without drooling on 2 7+ hour flights, so I'm happy with the use I got out of it!

DO NOT BUY! Works fine when it does but does not do what they claim.. batteries do not last for a year let alone a couple weeks. You’ll replace more batteries than the cost of this crap, even with their supplied ones
