Tuck the wires under your goggle straps. Make sure the unit itself is strapped to the back of your goggles with the wires pointing down. Try different size ear buds (it comes with multiple sizes) to see what seals to your ears the best. I think it's worth the money because it's not very expensive, but for ease of use I would maybe try a more expensive one that's less finicky

Maybe the best value in this price bracket. The sound is great and very neutral. The fit is pretty good, and they fold for carrying, plus they have a removable (although proprietary) cable. This is a solid package

Thank you for this great little player, thank you for the simplicity of it and thank you for not requiring us to use a menu. (Have you ever used a menu while you are running??) By the way, although these are advertised for swimming, they are great for running too. I bought different earbuds since the ones included are short, for swimming. Love this, and plan to buy another before every living thing has a blasted menu on it

Stock Earpads: These are the best isolating by far, but are the worst when it comes to comfort around the ears. They also have a warmer sound signature with a spike in the highs at the 10k frequency. This peak makes them sound "artificial" and "metallic" in some ways. Guides that I've found online outline ways to correct this peak, but it always results in the overall sound character being changed as well
