 The leather is average quality and during the first 24 hours of normal use, the case had already been scratched. I previously owned the iPhone SE silicone case from Apple which was bulkier in comparison to this leather version yet it was also very difficult to damage. The silicone version also had much more grip. As a replacement for the silicone case, I would say I am satisfied with this leather case for its slim profile and mostly complete protection

This Apple product is , of course , made of leather. It simply snaps in place and barely covers the edges of the phone (SE 2020). I thought it would be some soft, handsome style ($42) that would pull snugly around the phone. (Nope) Save your dough and shop for a better bargain !

 So after handling her phone with the leather case for a few weeks I found it to be really thin but rigid, had a good feel and nice looking. Also, it was molded perfectly for the case and buttons. Should protect and last a long time. My birthday was coming up and I used it as an excuse to blow the $50 and ordered a black Apple SE case form Amazon

 After having it for a few months, no regrets. This is one case of you get what you pay for in my opinion. Especially since the iPhone SE is such a good value.

In terms of the “protection factor”, it’s not a heavy duty case and probably not a good fit for an industrial setting where you’re taking out you phone a lot. Beauty+durability+comfort= just buy it.

 The case is slim and feels nice over all but I wouldn’t count on it protecting from a drop higher than your waist but if you’re looking for a case that feels nice on your hands and is as minimal as possible while protecting from light drops then this is the case and it’s not as sturdy as the iPhone 12 leather case but does the job. I wold like to mention I got this case when it was on sale for $18 but still would recommend it if you’re willing to spend the money for it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this leather case for my dad and I’m pleased with it. Apple makes some of the best cases on the market for your phone that make it comfortable to hold and that’s what I like most about it. Other cases tend to dig into your hands when being held for extended periods and becomes uncomfortable

I especially like the lack of a lip on the very bottom, since this is consistently the weakest part of any case, and I don't have it in the way when I press the TouchID

Nice, slim case for the right price, not a lot of protection

I’ve had this case on my ‘8 since 11/2017. It’s been dropped, rained on and carried in my pocket every day. It works great on my Belkin charging pad. It’s starting to wear now on the bottom corners but it’s going to last a while longer

 The buttons all work beautifully. It’s a keeper. When I got it, it was a little slippery but a little leather conditioner and s couple of weeks use made it perfect - like your favorite wallet. I’ll reorder in a few months
