 So when you switch to the outsole, you see that there's still a ton of rubber like ASICS. That's one of my favorite things about ASICS shoes, is that they have a ton of rubber, so they're going to last you a long time. I don't mind the additional weight that you get from having all the extra rubber because it's going to maintain its grippiness on the concrete, and it's just going to last me a long time and not impact my running, and I know that I can just continue to go on it and it's not going to wear out. So with this shoe actually, as opposed to the normal A-HAR, the ASICS high abrasion rubber, now they have the A-HAR Lite

 Or if you're slowing down or going downhill and you're not a heel striker, that's where this is going to come into play. Overall, it's a really great ride in the midsole. I think it's super cushioned, and like I said earlier in the video, this is their best type of technology, I think. Like, their propel has been around for a long time

 And I'd say if you're watching this and you're someone who hasn't been out on the road as much as you like, this is a great shoe to pick up to get back out on the road and start logging those miles for the similar reasons as the beginning runner, but it has all that cushion, and once you start upping your mileage, you're really going to enjoy this shoe the longer you wear it. Alright so I've been doing a survey of all the available running shoe brands and have made a list of brands which I'm liking the most based on their reviews by popular and relatively new youtube channels and through internet reviews.

Brands I've excluded:

1. Nike (it's pricey, I don't have enough budget to go with a pair of nike zoom shoes)
2. Reebok (haven't seen anybody wear them "for running")
3. Puma (Haven't heard many people recommend them)
4. New Balance (NB is not officially selling thier shoes in India)
5. Under Armour (Their running shoes are pricey in India)
6. Brooks (Same case as with Nike and Under Armour)

Brands I've considered: 

1. Adidas (Hearing lots of good about their Boost technology so have considered to give them a try. Secondly their officially Indian website has decent prices too)
2. Skechers (I don't know about this brand much and came to hear about them during my research for a perfect running shoe which I can also use as a daily wear). I also tried Skechers in-person at a store and loved their cushioning. It felt pretty much like what you get with Adidas Ultraboost 20/21.
3. Asics (Simply because I haven't seen a single person saying their quality is not good. Literally every person love their shoes and very less people are switching over to other brands like Nike, etc)

There are other brands aswell like Solamon and Hoka One One but firstly their pricing starts from about 100$ something and secondly they don't officially sell in India.

My requirements: 

1. Utmost comfort (awesome quality and durable cushion and insole)
2. Tight and fit grip.
3. Everything you could expect from a common running shoe (like good quality upper mesh, build quality, etc)
4. Excellent durability (about 500 miles)
5. Reasonably priced
6. Looks Good

I don't care much about looks. Any pair of shoes that offers good overall quality with compromised looks, doesn't bother me.

I'm a starting runner and have decided my daily running goal to be 5 km. I want to build up from there. So based on that I'm expecting the new running shoes, that I'll buy, atleast last me about 9 months or so. 

Based on this, I want to know what brand would be perfect for me to go with.

Feel free to share your experience with running shoes or any model you've tried for yourself and feel like recommending. 

Running shoes is a wide topic and a very subjective topic as well I think. Evrryone needs to figure out a perfect pair of shoes for themselves and that's the stage where I'm at the moment.

Not so great!

 We have some modifications to the heel, the gel and the heel, so it's softer. The 23 also eliminates the heel plug of flight foam propels, so we have an all flight foam midsole now. It's softer. We also have a new outsole design

 Putting on this shoe is like having an extended sock on your foot. Really great comfort. Very comfortable and responsive. I will be using this shoe on both asphalt and gravel
