Lenovo Legion 7 (RTX 3080, 5900HX, 32GB, 2TB) - First impressions by an average user

I'll preface this by stating that I'm a linux user - first thing I did when I got this was install two NVME SDDs and install linux onto them, leaving the original NVME drive intact and unused for warranty purposes.  That said, I'll start with the good:  * Solid gaming performance - performs as I'd expect a laptop grade GPU to perform (not great, not terrible either - most of my experience was via an external GPU enclosure with a desktop GPU attached, which performs great) * Three (3!) NVME slots, allowing up to 6 TB of fast storage (which I'm currently using) * Never seems to get very hot nor make much noise - good thermal support  ..

 With all the bells and whistles turned on, I averaged 68.8FPS, and a max FPS of 148.6. That's respectable numbers, I'm hoping to see better when overheating isn't an issue

Asus Zephyrus S17 3080 or Legion 7 3080 I feel like it’s so hard to choose at this point to but I mainly only like the Legion 7 for the screen and IO I’ll mostly be using the laptop for gaming what would be the best choice
