  I wouldn't buy the same brand again, but if you don't mind a little frustration occasionally, the video quality might be worth the hassle.

Great video but poor usability

 We put a Blackvue DR590X 2-channel, 2-channel dash camera, so that's front and rear. The DR590X is the entry-level 1080p dash camera from Blackvue. It's the new X-Series, so the entry-level, and here's a shot of the rear camera. You can see where we run the rear cable

First off - the video quality is great. No issues there. But one reason I bought this was the ability to pull up videos right in my phone. However each time I want to do this I have to remove the camera from within the app and reinstall it

I currently have a Garmin Dash Cam 45 and it works great, I also have the parking mode enabled. What would be an upgrade to this? In particular I want to make sure it records the inside too in the event I get pulled over or something. What about cam systems that have rear view as well? Should I just put another dashcam in the back?
