 It'S fun to put on it. Really i don't know it's like it's like a blanket. It keeps me warm it's comfortable right. I my body, looks forward to putting on this shoe

 There go ahead and click that i run over all the stats. But let me briefly tell you that engineered mesh upper very comfortable 32 millimeters that high in the heel 20 in the forefoot, giving this shoe a 12 millimeter drop bit big. What does that mean not much? It'S very comfortable, as i said, building up to this video before the run. I have had a great time running in this shoe

 I also use them when out walking the town in the summer. I cannot recommend this shoe and will look for an alternate brand/shoe. 3 stars for comfort. 0 stars for quality/value

Poor Quality/Value

 You'Ve got a great mesh upper which is going to be. You know nice and breathable. This is slightly smoother feel to its predecessor, it laces up. Well, it fits true to size

 You'Ve got this full length. Dna loft midsole, that's softer than the co-molded, not glued biomogo dna on the medial side. I'Ll come on to that in a second, it's got a lighter engineered mesh upper um yeah! That'S about it! Really that's about the changes that they've made so they kind of where, on the other version they had like an insert dna loft, they put a a co-molded version of it down the lateral side, so you've got it along here and then you've got the biomogo dna On the inside, so they've done, a nice combination of the two and they've got rid of a lot of glue, which is a cool way of doing it. Um it's sort of blended, both the technology

 I do love a brook shoe, so let's find out about it and get stuck in right guys. So here it is the brooks ghost 13, which is pretty cool um. This shoe is very, very popular um, especially amongst the 40 runs running community, and i just love a pair of brooks, and i can see why i do like a pair of books myself before we get into what i think and all that sort of stuff. Let'S get into some of the stats of some of the features, as we always do so this new version of the brooks 13 um - it's just come out over here in the uk

Brooks Ghost 13 Review | Best Brooks Running Shoe?

Seems that a lot of the post here are always singing praise for 'X' shoe, but 'X' shoe is always the same freaking shoes. While these shoes are obviously great for a reason, more posts have started popping up where users really aren't enjoying that shoe or are new to running, which I'd assume with just getting into running and not having the best form, etc. can lead to issues with some of the highly praised shoes.  

So what are some \*shoes that never get the praise they deserve? Not just for newbies to running, but just shoes that are freaking fun to run in? 

\*Not the Speeds, Invincible, Rebel v2, Novablast v2 we see and hear enough about those shoes.

Underrated shoes

Same and Not the Same

 When i step into this shoe, i get a great feeling of the soft upper that is padded exactly the right places for this type of running shoe the heel cap here and the shoe tongue, and the piece right here feels very nice padded when you step into The shoe i have been going for runs between 5 and 16 kilometers in ghost 13 and the runs feel so balanced, a really good combination of softness without being too soft and stability, and, as the name suggests ghost it does exactly this on your feet. It vanishes. You barely even notice you're wearing them. I would even go as far as to say that this is one of the most stable everyday, neutral trainers, and that is definitely due to brooks's choice of materials

 Personally, i think the ghost 13 is a really really comfortable neutral, everyday trainer. You get a stable and very comfortable rolling action of the foot, combined with a very soft and breathable upper from the outset.  13, here has beaten the competition and found a spot on my list of favorite everyday trainers, and why is that? Because it is an incredibly simple running shoe it does what it says on the tin without overdoing it. It feels so much more luxurious compared to other everyday trainers. Personally, i think the ghost 13 is a really really comfortable neutral, everyday trainer. You get a stable and very comfortable rolling action of the foot, combined with a very soft and breathable upper from the outset

 You barely even notice you're wearing them. I would even go as far as to say that this is one of the most stable everyday, neutral trainers, and that is definitely due to brooks's choice of materials. Here in the midsole, the midsole comprises both brooks's soft dna. Loft foam material on the outside of the midsole and the more firm biomo go foam here on the inside, and i think it provides a really soft and comfortable running experience without being either too lively or unstable

REVIEW: Brooks Ghost 13 - Brooks' most popular neutral high-mileage training shoe

So I am a comparatively new runner... 350kms/ 220 ish miles or so till now. 180cm~250lbs, 5km in 50ish mins. 

Bought a Pegasus 37 broke it (above distance) in and running was awesome. No complaints after first 50 or 60 kms. (Before it was hell though.. 2 unsuccessful attempts to return it.. go figure)

I posted few days ago about knee pain but divided runs in to 2 consecutive run days and resting for 1 cycle and I am good now.

 Sadly, during this week's morning run, Peg37 took a broken 5cm glass shard directly in and the middle big air bag got pierced in left shoe. My leg is unharmed lucky me but shoe's time has come I think.

Now looking at winflo 7 as it fits better in budget now and getting in 70ish dollars in my size 13 which is great. The marketplace's returns policy is good too so no problem on that.

Winflo 7 because I tried it in local store and it has wider footprint. And felt okay too. I certainly felt peg 37 heel was a bit tall or something and landing was ever so wobbly for me(this was no problem but i am not nitpicking either).

Tried peg38 but sizing felt different.. same size in 38 is now a bit narrower and longer somehow so not leaning too much into it.

So how will the winflo 7 be? Also I am also looking at NB ff m880 as it is also on sale and looks cool. 

Frankly I dont mind going back to peg37 either. Now the initial breakin will be bitter sweet or i can also test the theory wether the sole gets used to foot or foot get used to sole.(upper morphs anyway so i said sole).

Long post. Broken Glass shard into Pegasus 37. Saved my leg big time but center zoom bag dead. Now need to buy something else. Thoughts on winflow 7? Also can any makeshift type implant be put in the dead pegs zoom sink? I can use it for home exercise.

 I actually don't mind the way it looks i like it. I would call it kind of icy with the light blue and then the or the the women shoes i'm wearing are a little different. You'Ll see um light blue and the gray i like it yeah and it's just the hill cup's sturdy, the fit the fifth spot on yeah. I know the fit is great

 We got ta, get you another pair yeah, so i gave you a pair of ghosts and i love them. I really do i like them better than the reeboks they're, so comfortable wow. Just like that, off the bat off the bat, oh yeah, i mean before i even ran, and i was like wow. These are so comfy, i mean i just wear them on about and then uh i went on a couple runs on them and it i just kind of forgot
