It did the trick. That's a warm winter coat. Duck-down insulation, incredibly waterproof Arctic-tech fabric, and a hood with a real coyote fur ruff work together to block out cold air and brutal winds. With the hood deployed in our shower test, we barely even heard the water. It's also surprisingly wearable, with plenty of room in the shoulders and two pockets tucked inside the insulation. 
It's just rare to need this much protection, and it weighs a lot. Though it's surprisingly comfortable, especially with the waist cord cinched, the jacket does feel bulky. If you're in conditions rowdy enough to warrant it, you won't mind; this is the jacket for your next Arctic expedition.

All right so welcome back to pick sky reviews. It'S probably been about a year since I did one last and this time I'm reviewing Canada, Goose jacket, pretty sure the price is 250 100 % worth that this coat is so warm, but for looks-wise it's perfect dark. They'Re normally the replicas are a lot lighter. The only thing I had a problem with was that the sleeves tore a little bit, but that was easy to fix it's the warmest jacket I've ever had if this one's a large and it fits like a large jacket

 It'S a detachable hood zippers all work perfectly full pockets and yeah that's about it. Thank you guys for the patience on the videos being in school, I'm not able to make as many but hopefully I'll be doing more often now. Alright, thank you. Bye, bye,

Great jacket, very warm. However, I returned it, the fur trim IS NOT REMOVABLE as described on the Amazon ad. This may or may not be a problem since the lab says to remove fur trim before dry cleaning if possible. It might not be an issue if you have a great dry cleaner

 That'S definitely my style. It'S a very edgy look! It is not a lot of movement if you have any sort of hips whatsoever. It'S going to be a tight fit now, not to say that this is going to be the case for all of the women's canada. Goose coats - it's not, they do have some that are actually the hourglass figure i can tell without even trying it on it already has an hourglass shape happening

 That the top portion is extremely roomy and oversized and comfortable and cozy, but the bottom portion for women. It is a very close fit. It'S a very slim, fit on the bottom. She says that, although she's 115 pounds, she has a little bit of a curvier figure, as do i, and if you have a little bit of a curvier figure, it is a very tight fit at the bottom

 I actually went into the bloomingdale's in soho and tried one on, and i was like: oh okay, yeah. These are really warm. These are heavy duty, they're, not just posh, and fancy. That'S not the only reason why people are wearing them

 That is the case, because this is a straight jacket. This is a very this jacket doesn't have that kind of like hourglass figure situation going on it's a very up and down very straight jacket. I love that type of a look. It'S a very structured look, that's exactly what i was going for

Hey I'm Rachel from peterglenn.com and I'm wearing the Canada Goose expedition parka for women from the streets of New York to the research scientists in the South Pole, people love, Canada, Goose, jackets and the reason why is because of their high functionality, their high quality and their Style, Canada, Goose field-tested this coat the expedition parka and found that it was suitable for extremely cold conditions, which they consider to be around negative 30 degrees Celsius or negative 22 degrees Fahrenheit. It'S insulated with 625 fill white duck down, which means that they didn't have to use as much volume up down to keep you warm because it's a higher quality. So that means the coat stays looking and feeling really lightweight

 There'S a nylon snow skirt which attaches with Velcro to create a barrier against snow from coming up inside of the coat in terms of fit. The expedition is relaxed, which fits a little looser in the waist and generally all around. If you do want a slimmer fit, it does have these really great adjustable waist draw cords that cinch in to give you more of like a fitted shape, but nearly everyone who orders this coat gets it in one or even two sizes, smaller than their regular size. So I definitely recommend sizing down

 There are also interior pockets there, both on the left side. One is a smaller zippered pocket and near the waist and a larger drop-in pocket near the hip on the lower interior of the jacket. Canada Goose Expedition Parka Coat Review, Warm and well designed

  I LOVE the length!  The pockets are perfection, and the color (I got red) fabulous.  My friend in Winnipeg says this is the parka "rich" Canadians wear!

 Bean "Baxter State Parkas" for years now, and feeling they were just as warm, it's a little bit difficult to justify this price. I love the jacket, to be sure, but the coyote fur trim is not as lush as I hoped it would be (it is authentic, I checked the Canada Goose web site for all the ways to verify authenticity) for 3x the cost of the L.L. Bean parka

If the price were lower, five stars for sure! But having worn L.L. Bean "Baxter State Parkas" for years now, and feeling they were just as warm, it's a little bit difficult to justify this price. I love the jacket

I actually bought this coat because I spend time in the arctic circle, and on previous trips in other coats I have ended up frozen. They thought of everything with this coat - great number of pockets in the right places, the right cuffs, everything. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the collar is made of coyote fur, and as a bit of an animal rights person, I hesitated on the purchase for that reason but had to do it when I knew I was going on a long trek. I wish that they would provide another option for the hood, otherwise the coat itself is fantastic
