 Oh man that looks like you know I know I'm gonna admit I'm messing this up, but I want you to show you that I can't get the cheese to stick to the pan no matter how hard I try that is author will never stick to this pan ever. The handles are triple riveted so you can put a lot of weight in there like a big turkey or big ham or something in there and not worry about the hammer gettin' wibbly-wobbly Wait a minute not to cut you off. but you did say big hand unfortunately. Well other than you, there's another big knock on the set

 When you stop up to 50% of the abrasion, you maximize the durability and when you maximize the durability, you just have a longer-lasting nonstick. So I Love this nonstick. I Love the chocolate color. The raised circles will help you out

 Okay so I'm being updated that I think my card is wrong and you don't get a lid. so I apologize if I confused anybody. but I just had to check for you. You know what? No, but I'd have never seen a roaster that comes with a lid a glass lid anyway so no, that sounded kind of funny

Watch out for good looks

This pan is gorgeous and worked perfectly for my turkey over thanksgiving, however the rack that sits in it showed rust after the second wash. I am so disappointed!

Not so non-stick

 I think the pan and rack were a good value.  Update: This pan has turned into a disappointment. After very little use (maybe 5 times), the surface is coming off and rusting has appeared. I’ve only washed this pan by hand without any type of abrasive

I found the handles on this pan much easier to use than my old roaster and this pan fits in my oven much easier, yet the size works well for me (not too small).  I’m really disappointed with this pan now.  I contacted the company on-line, filled out a brief form and about 6 weeks later I had a brand new pan delivered to my house no questions asked. I reread the instructions that came with the new pan to see if I missed anything in the original care instructions, which I don't think I did. I'm curious to try my new pan and see how it holds up

Hassle Free Replacement

 I read some reviews about the metal being cheap and flimsy and was concerned how it would handle the large bird. No issues at all!! The roaster just fit the bird and the steel construction handled the weight of the stuffed bird easily, no flex, no shifting of the rack when lifting the bird, also no added pan weight. I also liked how the roaster's handles have a slight outward flair, I was able to lift the pan without touching the bird. After roasting Turkzilla for 8 hrs, clean up was relatively easy

 Not to mention scraping off the non-stick coating of the roaster. I liked the way the rack in the Circulon pan rested on the edges of the roaster and would keep the bird out of the drippings.  I usually make ribs, pork shoulders, briskets or turkeys.  To do it properly, you need to cook the meat above its drippings, so the meat doesn't end up stewing in a pile of its own fat. Instead the fat needs to sweat into the pan underneath and the flavor can infuse back into the meat via the steam generated from the low heat. My mouth is watering just thinking about it

  Anyway, in the past this was always a messy process as given the size of the cuts, I always rested the meats on the rack and arranged a baking pan underneath to catch the drippings, okay when you start up all lined up, but sometimes things get out of whack when you are basting and bits hit the oven bottom and you set some serious caked on crud.  Anyway, a pan with a built in rack big enough to hold many pounds of meat and deep enough to hold all the drippings and some water without spilling when you move it, with secure handles so it's not highly and sloshing the oily fatty water around and saves me having to scrub the oven all evening, sold!

Perfect for slow cooking large quantities of meat

 You can easily spend a lot more on a roasting pan, but this one has every good attribute needed. The way the rack sits on the sides of the pan really impressed me because it made the rack so easy to clean! I would definitely buy it again.

 I really like how the rack hooks onto the sides of the pan rather than sitting on feet on the bottom of the pan. It doesn't slide around. It doesn't mar the finish on the bottom of the pan. And it makes Tom Turkey easy to move around!  The pan was very flat and rested easily on two burners of her smooth top range for making gravy

The size is just right for a turkey or a large roast and the rack was easy to clean. The handles were very easy to use with big loops that made it easy to grab them wearing oven mitts or with silicone mitts (we tried both)

I bought this pan for my mother in law who didn't have a real roasting pan for some reason, making last year's Christmas turkey hard to maneuver into and out of the oven. Great pan! More than a good buy, it works well!

 The nonstick held up to it's promises. We also used it again for our Christmas ham! No complaints from that dinner either, and cleaning was just as easy the second time. Now it's probably going to sit in it's box in a closet for the majority of the year, waiting for next Thanksgiving, but I'm very happy with my decision to purchase this pan.

This year for Thanksgiving, the idea of using one of those disposable roasting pans seemed almost unbearable, enough to drive me to purchase a real roasting pan! I eventually settled on this one and I'm very pleased with how things went. We prepared a 15lb turkey this year and had no problems using this roasting pan to cook it. I'm sure the pan could handle larger turkeys without issue too. Cleaning was surprisingly easy too

Well, I just received this today and I haven’t had a chance to cook with it yet. But, this thing is huge. Much larger than the baking pan that this will replace which is been adequate for almost everything I’ve cooked in the past. I agree with the other reviewer who said they could put plenty of vegetables Underneath whatever bird happens to be roasting

 I ordered the small 17 inch but was concerned it might not be large enough. I will rest assured knowing it will handle everything I plan on cooking. I included a photo of the box which says that it has a no hassle limited lifetime return warranty. Hope I don’t have to use it but it’s nice to know that it has one
