 I I Think it might be one of my favorite scoops I've ever owned just such a satisfying scoop and then the one way valve that is definitely great for the freshness as I talked about before. But yeah, I think it's it's a sturdy canister. it's built well I'm This is my first coffee Gator product that I've ever purchased. but I think I'm gonna be going into the Coffee Gator family I'm definitely looking at the pour over next

 I Thought for sure that a you know canister just would hold your grounds and and you know, hopefully just keep them where they were when you put them in. but I think it's because of the specialty valve at the top. It allows for all the oxygen to seep out and no oxygen see back in so you have no staleness and I believe it. it increases the flavor of the coffee so that is that is an A-plus in my mind

 Okay, so final thoughts on the coffee: Gator Canister One of the big things that stood out that was a negative for me was the dial at the top how you set when you've put your grounds in there I Could not really figure it out. It didn't move smoothly. it felt like I was like it was clunky and and slightly breaking and I couldn't figure out the middle dial actually moved at all. It has numbers on it as well as numbers appear when you turn the outer dial

Great idea but not built to last

 Coffee tastes great. Clean up is a little messy but typical for a press type coffee maker. My only real gripe is the description "insulated". It is double walled so it helps to keep coffee hot but the air cavity is not a vacuum like so many truly insulated tumblers

 My one disappointment in this aspect (WARNING: COMPLETELY SUBJECTIVE OPINION FOLLOWS) is that after sitting in the press for the approximate 30 minutes it takes me to drink my first cup, the second cup seems just a little bitter to me. It's not bad enough that I only make one cup at a time, but I don't enjoy the second cup quite as much as the first.  My opinion: This is a great French press. Solidly made and it makes a great cup of coffee

  My opinion: This is a great French press. Solidly made and it makes a great cup of coffee. I'm impressed by the Gator company, and the way they seem to genuinely care about their customer's experiences and satisfaction. Also the fact that they are passionate about great coffee
