The Craftsman V20 Weedwacker is an excellent, effective tool for keeping your small or medium-sized yard looking great, as well as light-duty brush clearing. It's lightweight and easy to break out for quick jobs or cleaning up what your mower missed and replacing the spring when it runs out is a simple and easy process. The spool head will receive a lot of abuse as it's dragged and bumped against the ground, and Craftsman even offers a very affordable replacement.
For bigger jobs where thick grasses and brush have really taken over, the light and relatively quiet V20 Weedwhacker does not have enough power. It does a better job of maintaining the yard rather than transforming it. During testing, the battery life averaged only 35 minutes. Although this isn't very long, it should suffice for edging along smaller lawns. While the guard effectively shielded us from debris, it was a little too large for detailed work. There are certainly more powerful models with even longer battery life, but we feel this cordless string trimmer is the best choice for the average homeowner on a budget.

Came without adjustable handle

 One of the nice things this has on it has a high and a low and then also it has a trigger safety so the trigger won't depress until you push on that. Now we'll go all the way up and now we'll charge the battery to slide it right on there. There we go. Kind of show you right here

 Go ahead and remove this. See that baby just slides right down in there. Okay, now what happens is see we just pop it down until that hole lines up with that there. That just goes right down in there

 It's going to take two hands. Okay, I kind of got it so you can see, you can see I've pushed both of those in and then just push the handle on over it so I'm going to try and work with the baby. There we go. Okay, that's it

 I'll go slap this one on the charger, but yeah, put it to the test on high, it was on high for the whole time, so yeah, definitely gonna want to keep another battery if you pick one of these up.

Product is too heavy and Battery life is not great. I have a Ryobi I was trying to replace, but the weight and the battery life is causing me to go back to the Ryobi.

Ok, light weight I guess, though that should not be a big deal. Battery life is horrible, it has only (1) Cutting Line, I should have checked that out. If I had I would not have bought this. AC units have much more power !
