Okay but mostly disappointed.

This rice cooker is way too big for its job. I'm an American so the rice cooker isn't the center of my kitchen. It's another tool I take out of the cabinet. This rice cooker would have to sit on my counter taking up space unused for most of the week

This rice cooker failed to do the little things well, while making good rice. But not 300$ good rice.

We mostly cook jasmine rice with a little brown rice mixed in there or just pure jasmine rice but the rice quality after it was cooked was just too wet/ mushy. We tried cooking with the same rice and water ratio which came out very mushy then we did less water to rice ratio and it still came out too wet. We were tired of experimenting the water : rice ratio that we decided to return. The problem was the rice being too mushy for us but we really wanted to like and keep this rice cooker as it was very well made and came from a reputable company

I rating this rice Cooker for 3 stars due to the following problem, 5+ stars for the super tasty rice that ever tast before, but 2 stars for the rice became water and getting brown after 5 to 10 hours later. I would like to try the more cost than this but my concern is if their still same problems as this then would be bad, if I paid a high price but if it doesn't meet my expectation.  The rice barely changes its taste for a full day, and still is tastes decent up for additional day or two. The same function on InstaPot always overcooks the rice afterwards, so I always had to keep the excess rice in a freezer.

Our older Cuckoo rice cooker worked great for years. We finally decided to get a new Cuckoo and this one totally disappoints, it constatly burns the rice on the bottom. I know there is a function for browning the rice at the bottom, but we always just used the "standard" rice cook function. This one will be going back to Amazon
