The variety of preset features that the Plus offers, from yogurt to soup/broth to slow cooking, make this a very versatile appliance.  And also another very important thing to know because I have this question come up all the time and I've noted them in my other how-to tutorial videos. and how to use the pot is that when you hit the pressure cook button here and let's say we adjust the time - I Don't know what to say. We're gonna go for 25 minutes. Whatever you want doesn't matter what it is, you have to wait 10 seconds and then it's gonna start and then what happens After 10 seconds the display is gonna switch to saying on

 The version two is the manual in the version, three is the pressure cook and it's located over here and you're going to adjust the time using the plus and minus buttons to the time desired and then the keep warm cancel to change things out, and of course the over button. And when you hit saute, you're all just by hitting the adjust button. It's that simple. all right

 That's the whole point. They come right off and you can clean them, just make sure when you put them back on they're nice and secure. Got that? Perfect! So these pots are basically identical and I happen to really love both of them and if I'm gonna pick one honestly I'm gonna pick the duo. Plus because you know what, it's the newer model

 So we hit the manual button or the pressure cook button depending on your model and then we adjust the time using these plus and minus buttons. Let's say we want to go for seven minutes I just hit the plus button wherever I am with a minus button if I'm higher to make sure we are at seven minutes and again after 10 seconds. If not doing anything it's gonna turn right on and start its processed. Now coming back here let's say we want it to be on lower pressure

 Next time I'll probably leave them in for seven minutes as these look slightly undercooked to me. See, now that we've run a cooking program, I'll give you my thoughts. As always, this package arrived quickly from Amazon. It was packaged well and had numerous safety labels to help prevent mistakes

 So I'm going to turn the steam release handle to release the pressure now. So now I'm going to use one of the new programs to hard boil some eggs. So hard boiled eggs use the steamer rack, one cup of water, and the eggs. Then you close the lid and make sure the steam release valve is set to closed

 This is the new Spring of 2017 model that is an upgrade of the Instant Pot Duo 60. I ordered this from Amazon two days ago and it just arrived. I purchased this myself. I didn't receive this as part of a promotion or in exchange from my review

 As always, this package arrived quickly from Amazon. It was packaged well and had numerous safety labels to help prevent mistakes. The build quality seems to be great. it's very solid

 So because this is six minutes, it's gonna be like every minute and a half or so then it's gonna hit a new notch. If it was eight minutes, it would be every two minutes. And now that we're done pressure cooking, we're gonna perform a quick release And you see, we're also in the keep Warm setting. Now in terms of the graph on top, and that's because we have this always lit

 Now we'll come back down to the control panel. We're gonna hit the cancel button here. Remember hitting cancel and when it says off is like going to the home screen. That's how we switch gears

 We have a lid now where instead of having the release on the nozzle itself, the little way to do it there, some people like to take the spoon and do it because they don't want to get too close to it. You get used to it. After one or two tries. You can now just do it right over here so you don't have to actually touch it

 - Bad news ... Keeping in mind that this one is smaller and takes up less space than my older 6qt did, and sits in the same place on my stove

 The second problem is the little plastic tab used to secure the pressure cooking lid to the air-fryer lid. I dropped the lid and the piece of plastic broke off rendering the pressure cooker unusable.  I called customer service because I had registered my warranty and they were marvelous. They are sending me a new pressure cooking lid

 With my older pot, I could take the gasket out to clean it or replace it. The odor does not transfer a taste to the food, but it's unsettling to smell the last thing one cooked when using the device again.   I have used an Instant Pot for at least 5 years and will continue to do so. I love this product.

 That said, I have two problems with the overall design. First, the gasket on the pressure cooker lid is not removable; therefore, it retains the odor from its previous cook. With my older pot, I could take the gasket out to clean it or replace it. The odor does not transfer a taste to the food, but it's unsettling to smell the last thing one cooked when using the device again

  I called customer service because I had registered my warranty and they were marvelous. They are sending me a new pressure cooking lid. They asked me to write a review on their site, but I couldn't find a spot to do so, so I am writing a review here. I made it clear to Instant Pot that there is a design flaw in the new product that needs to be addressed

Lost a star for the app

 Unfortunately, after only using it about 6 times, I went to turn it on and got all blinking lights with C6L on the display. It means faulty Sensors. Amazon sent me a quick link to see if I could fix it and also gave me the seller’s #, to go further. Seller told me that I could not return it?!:( I went back to Amazon, told them what happened and they said they were going to ship me a new one and apologized
