The Cuisinart 10" Cast Iron Wok is small and compact, making it ideal for one or two people with minimal storage space. This option is versatile and durable to boot. It is affordable, and if properly cared for, should last a long time. Because it is cast iron, seasoning on the cooktop is quick and easy and is also needed regularly for the best results. This pan brought water to a boil in less than eight minutes during our tests. Cast iron takes longer to get up to temperature than carbon steel, but it sears meat quickly and cooks rapidly once it reaches the desired temperature. 
Unfortunately, the eggs stuck and needed to be scrubbed, while the chicken stuck in the stir-fry test and required constant stirring. While the 10-inch size and small handles are compact for storage, it is best for one or two people, and ingredients would need to be cooked in batches for a larger party. The small handles get hot, and a potholder is needed. Extra maintenance is also required. This is an excellent value for a small household on a tight budget looking for a product that will last, and also are partial to the great seasoning and searing capabilities a cast iron pan provides.

The "seasoning" that is on the item when you get it from the box, is very poor quality, and burns off on its own at normal baking temperatures. This will unfortunately also leave a taste on your food

 Then, take some sand paper, or other abrasive to the inside baking surfaces to remove any of the uneven or rough texture. Then, after another thorough scrubbing, completely re-season the entire pan. Plan for at least 3 cycles through your oven for the seasoning process.

Not really a wok, more of an Indian balti pan.

  I seasoned it and put plenty of oil in the wok. It stick to the bottom and burned. I had to let the wok soak in soapy water overnight before I could clean it off the bottom of wok. I was so disappointed

I purchased this wok January 2021. I was so excited to use this. First time I fixed fried rice, it came out fairly well. The 2nd and 3rd time, not so much

This review is for the Wok, it is of perfect size for deep frying. I would have given it 5 stars, one less star is for the pebbly surface. I have cast iron pans from other brands like Lodge and Victoria and those were not this pebbly when I bought them. Since I liked the size and shape (it resembles Indian kadhai), I will be keeping it and will be smoothing out the surface using sandpaper before reseasoning

Review for Wok - Perfect size for deep frying (not too big or too small) but surface is pebbly

 The problem I have is that this wok comes in a really small size, traditional woks are taller so you can easily toss food around. This is good for if you are making smaller portions, otherwise not much can fit. Overall all it's pretty nice!

High quality, sorta small

It is smaller than expected, but perfect for two person, needs to season it at least once before first use, the handles are big plus for easy grasp. So far I used it for doing sukiyaki at home (A5 Waygu super oily which helps seasoning the pan) , don’t know if it will rust as some of my other cast iron products did rust over time.

Great looking skillet would of loved it but for the 3/8 inch. During summer months I don’t us my oven. I do most of my cooking in a toaster oven. For breakfast brunch I do souffay Or fattataes
