First, I have to say I returned it before using it. It wouldn't hold as much food as I expected compared to the oil capacity. The 4 quart notation was misleading as much of that oil is below the basket. By my calculation, there is about of inch of oil that would cover the food so many foods might need to be turned

 I felt the edges of the lid were too sharp. I prefer a fryer with an attached lid so I can close the lid, then lower the basket. That's just safer. There is no charcoal filter

 You don't want the thin ones to be done and burn, while the thick ones are still cooking, so try to go for a uniform size, whatever that size may be. Now let these soak for a while in water in the fridge, then i take them out. I drain them. I dry them

 So i got that nice, clean oil, heated up and ready to go here now i made a mistake with my first donut here. I forgot that donuts sink at first and then rise as they cook. So i was planning on just laying the donuts out into the oil without the basket. The first one i put in sunk and stuck to the heating element, so i had to kind of dig that one out so the moral of the story here is that for any food, that's going to sink at first and then rise

 It goes from 175 up to 375 degrees. The power cord is a safety cord. It kind of attaches magnetically to the back. The cord is a little short i'd like to have a little more length

 So i got the fryer all set up got my oil heated and i set up another assembly line here. I'M going to take a floured onion dip it in the batter, then carefully lay it out in the oil with a pair of tongs, [, Music ]. Now. Another pro tip here use two pair of tongs

 So this is the oil container. So after you use, there are some um residue on the um pan, you can just um transfer the oil and then you can wash it it's very easy. You just have to keep it clean, your fryer, and this is the housing or the body. This is brushed stainless steel, frying housing, superior construction and durability

 So on this side on the right side, this is the temperature, so from 175 up to the maximum amount of temperature. Heat is 375 degrees fahrenheit. So here this one is the lead. This is vented lid with viewing window monitor as it cooks

 It'S very new. This brand is a very, very good brand. It works great and it's very convenient when it comes to cooking or frying. So this deep fryer is four quart deep fryer, a 1800 watts of power heats up fast and maintains uniform high heat up to 365 degrees fahrenheit

 This is the power lid on and ready. So this is the led indicator: lights red when it's power and it turns green when it's ready. So on this side on the right side, this is the temperature, so from 175 up to the maximum amount of temperature. Heat is 375 degrees fahrenheit

 This will trip the safety shut off making it very hard to use. I used a digital thermometer and at 275 the oil is actually at 365. I would expect a brand like Cuisinart would have better quality control. Tried to connect customer service and it took them 5 days to correspond
