A nice big pan

Cuisinart cookware is BIFL, this 12 quart stock pot has been well loved 12 years

Highs -The non-stick surface is durable from multiple high heat uses. Still slippery and easy to clean as Day 1 of use. -Deep bowl works great for tossing and flipping stir fry meals. -Stay cool handle actually does what it claims

I’m finally making the switch to stainless steel cookware, besides one or two nonstick small skillets.  I’m mainly looking for a few different size skillets, a stockpot, maybe a larger saucepan.  I know All Clad is supposedly the best but can anyone recommend any other brands slightly less expensive? Or places to buy All Clad? I have no issues buying pieces separately rather than a set.

Is this a good stand mixer?

Likes: super nonstick surface, easy to clean, oven safe, has weight to it and not a cheap thin throw away pan, large 12” with lid. Almost none of these skillets come with lids - this was a major decision point for me buying this one. Universal lids sold separately universally don’t fit any pan correctly. I don’t always use a lid when using a skillet; but when a want a lid I should have a lid
