Its surface has excellent heat distribution, turning out evenly cooked food across the board.

 I Don't need to toast my bread too much. I'm just gonna take these eggs. just put them right on top of the bread here and you know I got again. You know the great thing about this is you have plenty of room to do things

 So the first thing I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna put a little bit of butter down on here and I got a couple pieces of white bread and I'm just going to start to toast my bread right on the griddle. All right so my bread starting to toast and then on the other side. I'm just gonna put down a little bit more butter and I'm just gonna start to cook my egg and this is why these things are great. I mean you can just crack your eggs right on here

 It's easy to clean and it turns out really great food, so take a look. I Just cut my egg sandwich in half and you can see it looks. it looks really, really good. So there you have it
