Hi guys today, I'm reviewing this Cuisinart 8 cup food processor. The instruction manual is very thorough. It has the recommended maximum work bowl capacity, so if you're doing fruits, vegetables or cheese, sliced or shredded, the maximum is 8 cups, chopped or pureed meat, 3/4 of a pound. Cookie, dough two and a half dozen white bread or a pizza, dough two and a half cups, all-purpose or bread

 First of all chop, some onions use the chopping blade plug it in. I have two large onions here and I've just cut them into 1-inch pieces, lock, the lid put in the food pusher I'll press the pause button a few times. The maximum for chopped fruits and vegetables is two cups to process at one time. I put way more than that, so if you do put more than the recommended max you're gon na get the prod processed chunks of onion so size does matter
