What’s your budget?

Cheapest electric setup is going something like

Machine:

- Gaggia Classic

- Breville Bambino

Grinder:

- Eureka Mignon

- Sette 270

- DF64

Gaggia classic and manual grinder like jx-pro if you are willing to go that route. You could go other way and get a flair pro and eureka mignon facile (or Notte if sound isn't an issue).

A good option (s) would be a Gaggia Classic Pro or Rancillio Silvia with a good grinder (Niche or Eureka Mignon (the new single doser or a Specialista [there are mods to make it a single doser]).

Check out the Eureka Mignon series. They have a number of different espresso grinders at different price points.

Your Breville should be able to pull a decent shot with medium to dark roast beans, as long as you put a portafilter in it.

The Specialita is awesome! Maybe get the eureka mignon XL if you can stretch it though. Either option is better than a niche because you don’t have to wait 3 months and they aren’t hype grinders who’s value comes from being new.

If your willing to hand grind a 1ZPresso JX-Pro or Max provides much better grind quality and adjustability than a Sage/Breville. If you must have electric look to an entry Eureka Mignon.

Rather than the barista pro, i think the bambino and a separate grinder would work better.

The eureka mignon line would be good grinder.

I have a Eureka Mignon XL sitting next to my EG-1. It's a nice grinder especially once it was changed into a single doser.

I’d personally get the eureka mignon xl when ECS has the 110v if I was you. It has a hopper so some say it won’t be good for single dosing but to me what makes a grinder good for single dosing is low retention and they apparently put in some kind of new low retention system in it to have .2 grams or less of retention.
