Buyer Beware - Built-in Obsolescence

I bought Wine refrigerator unit (Capacity: Up to 235 bottles) in 2007 and since that it was broken twice and even though it's on 5 year warranty, WINE ENTHUSIAST refused to fix it for the second time it's broken and ask me to pay extra for the new unit to ship to me ( STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!). Never buy here again, share my terrible experience with everyone I know. Spent 5 days on the phone with customer service and promise that their GM will call me back.

But in my case, I have had 67 bottles in the cooler, and that was with only 1 bottle double-stacked on the bottom, so it could easily reach about 70 bottles. Granted, there are not too many extra wide bottles, although I put those on the bottom, and could fit 12 on all of the other shelves. Again, for ME, that was enough space for my needs, but if you will have more than about 65 bottles, perhaps look at a bigger unit

Glad I bought a Eurocave

This is my second EuroCave, but my first with the sliding shelves. I was concerned about the capacity since my collection is mostly Pinot noir in larger bottles, but have found that 11 bottles fit on each row. (12 Bordeaux bottles would fit easily). I can fit another 15 or so bottles in the space below the bottom shelf, so can fit about 70 in total

I've had the unit for only a few weeks. It is quiet and maintains a constant temperature. I set it to 55F. I then put the probe of a high quality research thermometer in the middle of the bottles in the middle rack, and found that the temperature was a very constant at 54F

Each rack comes with 12 bottle holders, but, in most cases, it is necessary to remove two of the holders and store 10 bottles per rack (~50 bottles in the 5 racks)
