Fellow Stagg EKG

On to the details and explanations. I'll try not to be too repetitive here. I started using the Stagg \[X\] after becoming frustrated with my v60 and reading the post on Coffee Ad Astra I mentioned earlier. I prefer it to the v60 because of the better heat retention and the shape, which seems to encourage more even extractions.
