The Stuff I Use Channel

 this is the first alert one. Now this is the same one that I have in my living room. I Ended up getting one for the garage and putting one in each bedroom. We had another incident but this time right away we were alerted there was a problem

 I like it a lot. I will never think or take it for granted that you know one is enough because it isn't and this brand and this kind is very basic. It's just for smoke and it does what it's supposed to do. Easy to hang, you know it comes with screws and everything and you hang them with these in the back

 Meaning we went inside and something was burning on the stove and so we took care of that. and then we had to open up all the windows and you know how you wave anything you can away from the smoke alarm to shut it off. So I'd get on the ladder and you know wave it down and open the windows and everything. but without this scream that thing would have you know kept burning

 It screams, it really screams. when it goes off, you have to take care of it. Meaning we went inside and something was burning on the stove and so we took care of that. and then we had to open up all the windows and you know how you wave anything you can away from the smoke alarm to shut it off

I bought this smoke detector to replace an old expiring detector of the same model number, PR710, thinking it would be easy to just twist the old one off and new one on. To my surprise, the installation base has different clip setup even though the detectors have the same model number and same look. So I had to remove the old base and put the new one on. Luckily, the screws are still located at the same place, so it was easy
