 You see even though it came in a big box it needed some installation but it was pretty easy. The instruction was easy too. Once you put everything there will be a power cord and you will be able to turn it on and there are some levels like one, two, three, four, five, six levels of swinging. The nice thing about this is it swings in two ways

 The other cool stuff about this is if your baby doesn't like swinging from side to side you can turn this and make it to swing from back and forth. So it says that it can hold up to 25 pounds. Right now my baby is around 17 pounds and I know he is a little big for his age but this is nice. It also has mirror here and it really saves me when I am working

 Aside from this, we're really happy with the swing. Love that it goes 3 directions, that it can run on batteries in case of a power outage, that the mobile moves, and that you can make the mobile move without the music playing. We haven't had any issues with squeaking like some other reviews have.

 I probably wouldn't have noticed this problem until we tried to put the swing in storage if I hadn't decided to move its location one day. It'll make it annoying to store once our boy is too big for it since we can't break it down, it will take up tons of space in our basement. Aside from this, we're really happy with the swing. Baby loves it, could have sturdier legs

 It is probably due to the stupid design. Just stretch the base leg as much as you can and try to level them up using some rod or scale. The noise will go away.

 - Both Night and day time music are bright and not soothing as it should be. Unable to use them. - No white noise. It has a creepy rain forest/jungle sound

 The two bases are supported by a flimsy curved support rod that wouldn't put base legs flat. You could make a V or U shaped and it could easily topple. No clue what kind of engineer designs these, pretty basic design issue. If you don't maintain proper distance between both legs, it can make loud noises (as complained by many in the reviews)  Tip: I found several review talking about noise as it swings

 I love nearly everything about it. The dog is cute ( most important), the swing is quiet and smooth, and it seems very cozy for babies. Love this! 2nd time buying

 However, we have been using it for only 5 weeks now and in the last few days it has started to barely swing. We will put it on the highest setting and it will swing for a minute or two and then it will almost completely stop. Then it will pick back up again for a couple minutes and then stop. It’s frustrating because our baby really enjoys the higher settings and gets fussy when it starts to stop
