I know it’s not on your list but I can’t recommend the a7iii more highly. It seems to be the perfect hybrid for photo and video for people trying to get in to a mirrorless system. I love mine.

btw don't buy the a7. Make sure u buy the a70. The a7 is a scam and not as good as the a70.
Fujifilm X-A7 Review
The Fujfiilm X-A7 packs a lot of camera power into a small form factor. We've little bad to say about its image quality—it may not have the latest and greatest sensor, but it holds up, and offers loads of good-looking JPG options, plus Raw capture for more serious photographers.

I went from the A7 first gen to the X-Pro1, absolutely no regrets. I don't miss the full frame at all, and the Fuji color science alone justifies the switch.
I second the A7, it goes on sale frequently for $150 or so, it is great for video calls because the camera is positioned in the top center when in landscape mode. Video quality is OK for calls.
A7 because of Snapdragon processor. Great daily driver and I emulate old games which it can run easily. The last update has made the experience snappy too.
I bought the A7 a couple of years ago and barely used it because it is so slow. In the end I just saved my money and spent it early this year on an iPad Air 4. I’m writing this answer on that now. It’s a much better use of your money.
Get the A7, its perfect for what you mentioned and is cheaper than the S series.
The A7 is what I would recommend for budget FHD streaming. Just try and catch it on sale. I have the 32GB version and am very impressed with it for the price, especially for watching videos.
As a light to medium user..I find the a7 a very good tablet..the 3gb of ram is id say fine..it can slow down a little..but not anything major..its now on android 11..planned to goto 12 I believe..
