Honestly though, I loved testing the Fuji X-H2 because of its combination of great power and a seriously enjoyable user experience.

The X-H2 steals the S model's crown as the best APS-C mirrorless camera because it's simply a better value.

Hi u/MaisonIvoire - with a $2,000 budget for a 4K/60p camera, I recommend the [$1,999 Fuji plus a [$279 Viltrox 33mm f/1.4 [Referrals]. The X-H2 is a 4K/60p camera with a maximum 8K/30p resolution. It also records to a 10-bit ProRes 4:2:2 codec internally.

* (add the new Fujifilm X-H2 to the list; some of these will be too expensive). * (if you don't expect to spend much more on lenses over time, it's better to limit yourself to this level; add the Olympus OM-D E-M10 IV and the new Canon R10 to the list). Micro Four Thirds wouldn't be my first choice for astrophotography (though it is my choice for my own photography), and full-frame is preferable and within reach if you can add lenses.
