 Generally speaking, the middle of the zoom range is where you're gon na get the best optical performance. Then, when we go wide again again, we see those corners fall apart. Even if you stop down to f/8 you're, still gon na see drainage miss in those corners, a smearing effect in the softness. So I would say overall this lens, it's the corners that you might have issues with

 Even when you are close down to f/8, they still have a little bit of softness. Now, when I went to about 40 millimetres kind of right in the middle of the range there, I did notice that the corners absolutely improved, as I would expect on a zoom lens. Generally speaking, the middle of the zoom range is where you're gon na get the best optical performance. Then, when we go wide again again, we see those corners fall apart

 So, let's head in [, Music ]. So the first thing I want to mention it is super dark here at the Newell festival, which is great for the lighting. Great for showing bouquet examples, but not really good for showing off a lot of the qualities of the lens. Just keep that in mind when you check out the sample galleries at DP review calm, but I do also want to mention one thing this lens again does have awesome is in it and here's an example

4k/60p Overheating issue

  The flip out screen is very handy and a welcome feature. There are times when I prefer the screen on the Fuji xh1, but a fully articulating screen is still my preference. No major complaints here.  Overall, the new features of the xt4 are awesome but not fully there yet

 The improved bitrates and slightly better autofocus help too.  That said, as a videographer and for the type of filming I do, I was let down by the overall still lackluster autofocus performance in video. Face and eye tracking, while better, is still very hit or miss. Cannon and Sony can do it very well and there are times when manual focusing is not easily done or practical

 Picture quality is good, very easy to take shots quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but battery life is poor and the EVF image is not representative of the shots you are taking.
