Ruger Hollow Point +P, and Garmin Epix. Both have performed flawlessly throughout there life. The watch still carries a charge like the first day, and takes a beating while scrambling through old mines.

Other brands have some models that can do own music and most have media controller now. Pro is battery life is often +5 days (some like the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar is unlimited with enough sunlight) - however most are transflective MIP screens, though you do get some like Garmin Venu 2 which is AMOLED (2-3 days AOD on, up to 10 AOD off) or Garmin Epix (up to 6 days AOD on, up to 16 days AOD off).

You could go for the Garmin Epix - definitely not cheap, and definitely superior build quality at that price - but then from a fitness and training prespective it offers loads more than the the V2. Similar interface but touch plus buttons can make it super quick to navigate, plus using latest software so may have some features that the V2 doesn't.

And these R&D also insure that the watches are pretty accurate in terms of HR and GPS and the underlying metrics that drive them. Take a look at what a watch like the Garmin Epix 2 can offer: read the overview and then take a look at the Spec sheet to see full list of features; and it might help you to read this overview on Garmin Features: (running/cycling - just read the one as they are pretty much the same, but do go and read about the health, dive, golf and maps section as after reading them you might start to understand why Garmin can charge what they do (not only the dive watches have the dive features but epix has the rest of these features; and there is a Fenix (Epix without AMOLED uses a transflective MIP screen for greater battery life) model that is a dive watch variant that does have all these features. In fact you can get a Fenix that includes AB (applied ballistics for rifles that will integrate with kestrels) and or a Fenix that is designed to work with flying (tracks metrics) and or one that works with Garmin boat equipment. They even make an instinct for truck drivers that has a host of truck driving related features.

It is cool but Samsung will probably never do it especially because they are on the amoled thing with all their products. I own a Garmin Epix 2 and it gets 16 days with tilt to wake or 6 days with AOD.
