July 17th 2022  Previously had a Vivoactive 3, I was happy with it but I wanted to get more into running so I wanted something a bit more series. GPS location is way faster than the Vivo (not surprising)  I'm a male and wear g shock watches, so this watch is comfortable for me.  Solar: We will see if the solar is worth the extra $100. I know there are a lot of variables when it comes to it, but we will see

  I dont use the sleep tracking features, I dont have all the phone notifications enabled, and I dont use the garmin pay. This watch is soley for tracking my runs.  Based off the runs I have done the vivo aligns with the Forerunner  Still trying to get use to the interface  Will update in a few months on more thoughts!

This is really what the YouTube reviews says, the battery life is fantastic, almost equal or even better than my former Instinct Solar 1, I had my doubts about the non solar version, but I’m really pleased, the new functions, the data and the suggestions, and last but not least, the weight is great and you can use it even when sleep and while running is very light

Great as expected

 The battery life, although maybe not as amazing as advertised, is very good. I have had it for 2 days now and I have 79 percent left. I did my first hike and swim with it today and yesterday and the data is amazing. I love the Garmin connect app and this device
