 Because a percentage of reviewers said it ran small, I was hoping they were right and took a chance on the 34D. Unfortunately, even on the tightest set of hooks, it was still a little too loose, and should the bra start to stretch out over time, there would be no way to tighten it up. The cup size seemed ok until I pulled up the compression panel. The tighter I made it, the more the soft cups underneath it wrinkled

 If the bra had fit properly, I probably would've risked it, hoping that it would soften after being washed a couple of times. If Glamorise offered this bra in a 32D or DD, I probably would've exchanged it to see if the smaller size eliminated the problems I had with the 34D, but as it is, this bra just didn't work for me.

 First, the band around the ribcage was too large for me. To be fair, I wear a 32DD in my regular bras, but couldn't get anything smaller than a 34D in this bra.  This entails sewing a piece of fabric inside the cup to provide extra support in lieu of wires. I found the sling fabric and the seam that attached it to the cup very itchy.  So this one, even though it's a lot of fabric, it is very secure around here, and I'm not gonna knock myself out if I work out. So this is a good high-impact one. This is actually what it was marketing to me as, as a high-impact. I can do a handstand, it'd be fine

 This one's a little bit roomier because maybe I'm not an F, but it is comfortable. It fits really well around, so it is true to size with the bandwidth, for sure. This is 34. I'm pretty confident I'm a 34 band size now

 People are getting super creative with sports bras these days. So you can add this for an extra layer of support, and this would be a perfect one to do yoga in, because ain't nothing coming out of here, but I know not everybody does yoga. Now, if I were running, if I were a runner, I feel like there would be some bounce, but you're not gonna go anywhere. Things aren't gonna come up, and it is, I mean, there's so much happening here

The tiny folds in the thin liner material were probably not that critical, but since the reduction of bounce factor was not as great as I'd hoped, I decided to just send back and not order in a smaller cup size. I liked the standard back hook on this bra and the adjustable front "netting" would probably give sufficient hold for most. Not sure why the inner lining is sized roomier, but if I were to order this bra again, I'd go one cup size down
