This pan formed an almost polymerized layer that is impossible to remove. The only fats used are grape seed oil and butter, at temps specified for cooking by the manufacturer. It cooks evenly and otherwise satisfactorily.

Hard to clean

 If you buy this thinking it will be non-stick you'll be disappointed. For me personally I have the space to store a pan that only has the two virtues of excellent bowning and ability to go in the dishwasher a lot, so it makes sense for me to own it.

 Eggs stick a little even with some fat added. What I found however is that adding a little more fat fixes the sticking issue. Today I made an omelette, using plenty of butter, and had no sticking whatsoever.  IMO its biggest virtue is that it's quite good at browning, definitely better than a conventional nonstick pan

 If it stays as good as new for a long time with regular dishwasher cleaning, flame temps up to a medium high, oven temps upto 400, and silicone tools. I'll be happy.  You're not supposed to use olive oil, but I am, seemingly with no problems.

Deserves Consideration

I read the reviews and thought people who say the non stick wears off must not be using the pan correctly by using a appraisive cleaning pad. Well after only a week of using the the pan every day and babying the cleaning, using olive oil to scramble my eggs the non stick completely was lost. If you want to pan that is truly non stick, KEEP LOOKING, this isnt it.

I needed a new pan when I got rid of all my old Teflon pans. I heard a lot about anodized ceramic being safer and healthier and was thrilled to find this one.  It cleans up just as easy as my teflon pans. It’s super durable and heats up evenly and quickly

I really liked the pan as far as being nonstick until I was sauteeing some vegetables and held the black insulated handle too close to the pan. I did not touch the metal and it still burned the living daylights out of my hand.

 Most scorch the food these did not! I did add a little butter/oil for flavor but I didn't have too. Nice even cook on the food, and clean up was so easy I wiped them out with paper towels and put them in dishwasher! Below is a list of things I like 

  If I can skimp on fats I will lol SO when I got home I had to try them out because a lot of pans say no butter or oil needed and I wanted to see where these new pans where going to stand . I have to say I was very pleased, no let me rephrase that I was actually shocked at the browning capabilities of these pans I have never saw a non stick pan that can brown as nicely as these do with no oil/butter. I have read about people using the non stick spray on theirs and it leaving a film I used to love my non stick spray as well you can still use a spray you just need to make you own using butter or an approved fat in a spray bottle it works! And it's much healthier than pouring it in the pan because you use less!! With these pans you won't need any unless you want to flavor your food these really are phenomenal pans!

 I was so devastated! I put some water in the pan and ran my finger over the burnt on grease and it started to rub off. So I added some more hot water and used a cloth and within less than a minute of rubbing all the burnt grease came right off this pan - see second pic. I love this pan and it was worth every penny. I'm going to look to see what other sizes are available

I'm very happy with this greenpan. I've been using greenpan in different versions for several years now. This one definitely works the best "out of the box". I don't have any others in this series so I can't comment on the convenience of the "stackability"

 Food cooks evenly and sometime quicker than with my old set. I love the rubberized handles that never get hot, the double sided strainers on the lids and how they neatly stack all inside of each other. Cleaning these are a breeze. Absolutely nothing sticks to them

Where have these pots and pans been all my life?! I absolutely love them. No nasty Teflon, which makes it safer for my family. These are a dream to cook with. Even being that you should not cook on high heat, they cook fantastic on medium
