These straps sure rub in the corner of your armpits. If you’re wearing something strapless or or armless, you might regret it. The zipper also gets caught on itself constantly so the bag doesn’t open in a fluid motion but needs to be finessed. The bag is cute. The material is a little abrasive.

So far this backpack is just ok. Calling this pack “midsized” is somewhat of a joke. It’s small at best and the zippers aren’t very flexible. I purchased the warranty because most complaints were about the zippers breaking. We’ll see how this goes. The overall pattern is cute.

It's a great backpack but much bigger than what I was looking for. It really is XL!! I'm probably going to return this one for a smaller bag. The quality is certainly work it but I recommend paying close attention to the dimensions of the bag your ordering

Use for kids school backpack. The size is fine but no side pockets for water bottles. Also the zippers have been hanging up a lot. Had to use conditioner on the zippers so they move freely. I have othe Herschel products but this missed the mark

Too small, when purchasing an XL specifically for laptop, I expect more then just that to fit in. We can barely fit any binders.
