Final Verdict: Should you get the Horizon T303, most of the specifications offered by the Horizon T303 are normally expected in mid-range treadmills.

You could also check out the Horizon T303, it doesn't feel quite as sturdy but Horizon makes pretty good machines. The screen with subscription content is nice, if you wanted to go that route then you could check out the NordicTrack T 6.5 Si. It's at a decent price but it doesn't feel quite as solid as the F63. Though all of the treadmills you mentioned do fold up very easily so that they take up less space, and it's easy enough and quite practical to do it every day if you need to. The two Horizon treadmills also have wheels (maybe the Sole too? ), which enable them to be rolled (at least forwards and backwards) when folded up, but it's not something you want to do regularly. Next thing to note is that the 7.0AT has larger rollers: 60mm (front), 46mm (back); whereas the T303 has the same size rollers as the entry level T101: 46mm (front), 42mm (back).

Johnson Fitness, who makes Horizon, does have their own showrooms so if there's one near you it might be worth it to go check out the T303 in person. My personal experience with Johnson's warranty service has been great - they replaced the deck, motor, and belt on my old treadmill at no cost and minimal hassle. If you're interested in using Zwift for running the Sole F63 is explicitly supported by them.
