HTC has designed social apps like Sync that could have relatively broad appeal. But outside its meditation and video options, my Flow demo didn’t offer a great sense of its day-to-day value. I found mostly small games that I might play occasionally, not tools I’d spend $499 to access

It offers quite a lot for such a cheap headset and even does a few things better than I was expecting! That spawn of Satan controller aside anyway!

I would like to have an option for black and maybe even some environments like in Virtual Desktop. **Audio:** The built-in speakers in the arms of the headset are on par with Oculus Quest audio. Serviceable, but less than ideal. One thing that I like is when you are streaming from your phone, you can go into your phone's settings and switch the audio output from the Flow to your own Bluetooth headphones.

Did HTC win October by having a new product you can actually buy?

The Vive Flow's form factor is great, but the resolution is just too small to be any good. If it was Micro-led it would have won.

So if anyones wanting to add some pazzaz to their VR setup with the htc VIVE and the valve knuckles, I can say that it’s more than worth it!. Thanks for reading, and I’m glad I can experience the next generation of VR without having to massively upgrade.
