But for $100, there’s little to complain about here—the Jabra Elite 45h headphones offer powerful, user-adjustable audio in a comfortable design with an app that allows for added customizable control.

After a little bit of understanding how the headset operates, I had no trouble connecting to my laptop (Dell) and to teams/zoom/skype. When you open up a new conferencing solution, you may have to ensure it is grabbing your device for mic/audio as it sometimes defaults back. Either way, the link 370 worked for my Elite 45h even though it is not specifically called out on the website that it supports it.
Jabra Elite 45H Review
For a good reason, Jabra did not include a jack plug in the headset as the headset only operates via Bluetooth. The headset cannot be used as a wired headset even if you run out of battery power or prefer to go wired. The headset works well, providing a fairly balanced frequency response in terms of...
I'm OK with around $100. The jabra 45h is recommended by wirecutter but it isn't available in my country. I'm going to use it for listening to mainly computer training so lots of vocals. I have a qc35 and I have been using that for 3 yrs now and it's been hurting my ears after an hour of usage; also feel hot so I guess I want to try something different.
The Elite 45h is an on-ear headset, meaning the earcups will not create a seal around your ear the way an over-ear headset like the Elite 85h would. As such, depending on the volume of your audio, people in your surroundings may be able to hear it.
The build quality was also questionable. I settled for a jabra elite 45h and I don’t regret my decision at all.
I am using a Jabra Elite 45h with Windows 10 and I noticed recently that it misses the beginning of sounds. It is specially noticeable because I am doing some language courses, and if it is a short audio, I can barely hear it, as the sound only starts (or it starts really low, I am not 100% sure) after about 1 second. It is hard to notice the problem during "normal" use, like in videos or music, because if it is a continuous sound it plays normally. I also used the playback test from Windows, that rings on the left ear and then on the right, and I can barely hear the left one.
Jabra Elite 45h w/ Skype
I just got a pair of Jabra Elite 45h's to use as a headset. As I'm working from home, I wanted a good pair of headphones that could double as a headset w/ mic for the many skype and Teams calls I have. It took a while to successfully connect to my work computer, but I figured that out. The issue I'm having is with Skype for Business.

recently bought a wireless jabra elite 45h headset and was able to connect my pc and iphone to it, at the same time (both devices connected via bluetooth). . what i find really enjoyable and interesting is how it knows when to play the computer audio and my iphone.
