I can confirm that once we established the connection outside our company network, the tool was working. This is a questionable design decision \*at best\*. A tool to configure the headset \*\*should work over Bluetooth and USB and not require an internet connection\*\*, except for firmware update discovery.

I paid 140 dollars for a Jabra Evolve 2 40 UC which stopped working within 2 months. To my disappointment, Jabra support and their replacement process is horrific. The whole process feels like it's created to frustrate you into not following through. And the greatest insult is that I am being asked to pay money out of my own pocket to return the defective product.

In fact, people say it sounds like I'm in a podcast. But the Evolve 40 seems easily affected by the wind when I'm outside. The AirPods Pro doesn't make me sound as podcast-y, which is why I switched to the Evolve 40.
