I can confirm that once we established the connection outside our company network, the tool was working. This is a questionable design decision \*at best\*. A tool to configure the headset \*\*should work over Bluetooth and USB and not require an internet connection\*\*, except for firmware update discovery.

I paid 140 dollars for a Jabra Evolve 2 40 UC which stopped working within 2 months. To my disappointment, Jabra support and their replacement process is horrific.
