2023 Jones Dream Weaver Snowboard Review | Curated

Hi everyone! I am a female beginner/intermediate rider looking to purchase my first true twin and all-mountain snowboard. I've boarded mostly in Breck and Jackson Hole, most recently riding a Burton Women's FeelGood Camber (rented) which I liked, but the board felt way too big for me and unstable (I think it was a 146?). I know I should buy an intermediate board instead of a beginner board as we will be boarding a lot this season in Crested Butte and eventually backcountry boarding (in a year or so, my boyfriend is a pro but I am not quite there yet lol), so I suspect I would want to upgrade quickly if I bought a beginner. For reference, I am 5'2, 110 lbs, and have a size 8 shoe. 

These are the boards I am considering, please let me know your opinions/thoughts on size!

Hi everyone, I decided to fully commit to riding this year and am moving to the Denver area in about a month. I’ve never owned my own gear (head to board), and was wondering if you could post suggestions?

To follow the rules of this thread I’ll simplify my request.

5’4” 150 lb (ride 142 board for wakeboarding)
8.5 size shoe (but I assume you size up from having snowboard socks on)
Probably intermediate level since I wakeboard (cable/boat) and surf with great board control
Mountain and tree riding
I’ll be going to places in the Ikon pass this season

So far I have looked at Burton since it’s the first thing that comes to mind, and what friends have let me borrow when we ride.

 Hey, this is Heather, and I tested the Jones Dream Catcher. I am not a sponsored rider, but I'm just out here trying out some boards and seeing what rips and what doesn't. Yeah, so this is a newer all-mountain board from Jones, they've only had it out a couple years. It's a directional board, so you've got a little bit more nose on this one, a little more float than say like the Jones twin sister
