I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

Great heatsink, but the fans lose bearing grease after 60 days

Good design (great if you're not using WIFI), no instructions

I love the sleek design of the case, and it is incredibly effective at keeping the pi cool. I use mine for remote work and regularly run into issues with overheating but this case keeps the operating temperatures a few degrees above room temp.  The only issue I have with this case is that a few days ago one of the fans started to rattle loudly, I have had to unplug the fans entirely as the noise was distracting. However even without the fans running the case still has some impressive passive cooling

 I guess I could have tried to file down the USB/LAN bump, but the surface would have become pretty poor. So for now I used more thermal paste (bad idea) and will buy a real thermal pad just for the memory. That way the CPU/GPU and USB/LAN will use paste, the memory a thermal pad that can better fill the gap.  In a way, the only really critical part to cool is the CPU/GPU, so in this sense it works well, but it would have taken just a minimum of care to design it better and the extra cost of a real thermal pad instead of dual tape would have helped (this is really a poor tradeoff)

 So you could use thermal paste, if it were not for the second problem.  Second, the 3 protrusions to contact the 3 chips (CUP/GPU, memory and USB/ethernet) are not properly designed. The CPU/GPU one makes a good contact, but the other 2 do not. So I used a file to reduce the height of the legs and make indentations for the USB and micro HDMI ports (and added some Kapton tape to insulate), and I got a good contact with the CPU/GPU and the USB/LAN chip, but the memory chip (which is the middle one) is still not touching the aluminum pad

 Which is most definitely *not* a thermal pad, but simply a dual sided sticky tape. Not entirely useless, but a poor heat conductor which renders the cooling part of the case much worse than it should be. So you could use thermal paste, if it were not for the second problem. Good value, but couple of bad design decisions

 Tighten these down nice and snug as this will ensure constant contact between the case and the CPU/GPU.  3. Now take your two fans and ensure that the square and flat side of the fans is down against the case. Put in your 8 tiny screws

 don't go too crazy with the torgue here as these are just thin plastic. Now let's take a look at our pins. Hold the Pi and look at it with the pins on the right and the USB ports facing down. You will see two rows of pins, left and right
