My husband and I just so happened to be on the market for a humidifier for our room when we got the offer to try out this Lasko unit. We have been using it for 3 weeks now and I have to say we are very happy with it. It's got a large tank which means we don't have to refill it as often and it's very quiet you cant tell it's on except for occasionally when the water "glugs" down into the lower part of the unit. I like how there is a multi- directional spout on top to send mist to more than one area

 Being Lasko brand it is one we have considered as we have fans from the brand that we love /function well so I had high hopes for this humidifier and it didn't disappoint!

 My only one con is when we were first setting it up the water from the upper tank filled the lower reservoir too much several times in a row and needed to be emptied before it would produce mist but that was a small issue and considering the size of the tank we don't have to mess with that all too often. All in all I would definitely recommend this unit. Being Lasko brand it is one we have considered as we have fans from the brand that we love /function well so I had high hopes for this humidifier and it didn't disappoint!

Great choice for a humidifier!

 The humidistat on the device is now saying it is 89 percent humidity. I set it for 50. My hygrometer sitting right next to the unit says it is 44.9 percent

 Also being able to control the strength of the mist is great. The only buyer beware would be when I set the humidifier to constant. By having the humidifier on non stop, it gave me an eye infection, so I wouldn't suggest that. All in all this is a great compact humidifier

Clean, Quiet, Worth It

 If you purchase this enjoy your drippy blue nightlight, complete with your room registering 93% humidity as your chapped lips and flaky skin fall off your dried out beef jerky body.

 And the difference in cool mist and "warm mist" is almost non existent. The amount of mist produced is about the same as my other humidifier that is $20 cheaper.  Does not have a storage case I did not like how loud it was. I woke up more congested than prior to usage. I did like the cosmetic/aesthetic appearance I did like that it wasn't visually bulky no matter what room you place it in.

I would not recommend this product for the following: Light keeps you up because it's too bright. Misting too strong compared too competitors. Very awkward to carry safely empty or filled. Even with using distilled water must thoroughly clean after third usage
