 It never made it to the dishwasher, and I ensured that while storing the pan, I did not keep anything else on top of it to avoid scratch marks. And I used wooden spatulas on it. Even after delicate handling, the pan gave up on making simple stuff like omelets and sunny-side-up eggs. The food started to get stuck on the pan even with generous oil

 I also never used spray cooking oil on it. I used to hand wash it. It never made it to the dishwasher, and I ensured that while storing the pan, I did not keep anything else on top of it to avoid scratch marks. And I used wooden spatulas on it

 All in all, it was a total disappointment. Before any Le Creuset staff contacts me and states that I might have roughly handled the pan, well, let me tell you, I am an avid home cooking chef. I would instead cook my meals at home than order in. I know how to use my pots and pans

Not worth the price

 Not the best design. So this Crepe pan must fill in the niche as a pancake pan. Given its size restrictions, it does that job well.

 After three months, they have proved to be a far superior product than my previous pans. My only regret is that although our stovetop has a bridge feature that would allow us to use a proper long griddle for pancakes, Le Creuset's only long griddle "Rectangular Griddle, 10" x 14" has only a single, centered round induction-compatible bottom plate. Not the best design. So this Crepe pan must fill in the niche as a pancake pan

I ordered THIS Le Creueset, and then another, much cheaper Crepe-pan at the same time for comparison. With regards to the OTHER pan, I could literally feel the handle bending as I was removing it from the box and packaging. I setup the return before I had even removed it from the box. NOT the case with THIS pan

Some products deserve the high prices they are being sold at, not because you can't find a similar product for a lower price but for the customer service they offer and the way the company stands behind their products after the sale! We have bought this pan some years ago and it eventually warped causing problems with heat distribution and sitting stable on our induction stovetop. Customer service came through and sent us a replacement!!

An awesome crepe pan. It’s a Le Creuset, so quality is assured

 Heat distribution is excellent. I make Dosa of all types and haven’t had any sticky situations. Pun intended! I use it on my induction stove and so there is no flame to blacken the bottom parts. It looks like new after a few months of regular use
