Over three hours, it raised the humidity levels in our testing room by 145%, more than 50% more than the next best scoring model.  This machine offers consumers a terrific value with a low MSRP and reasonably affordable annual costs. The tank is both easy to fill and easy to clean. The suggested cleaning protocols are involved but thorough, and thanks to the large access hole, it's not too difficult to scrub it out if mold does grow. With the ability to turn off the mode indicator light, this unit is ideal for sensitive sleepers. 
The user interface takes a minute to get used to. The three modes have corresponding colors that are seemingly random: blue is low, orange is medium, and purple is high. You can't fine-tune the humidity levels, but the three modes cover the basics. We couldn't recommend this model enough, unless you need a humidifier with a built-in humidistat and larger tank capacity.

 Mild annoyance. Can be avoided by being mindful of it, which I suppose is a trait I lack in this particular case.  I bought these humidifiers on sale, and they have held up very well. I don't think I will purchase again in the future, though, as I'm sick of cleaning the dang things

 Don't make the same mistake I did and neglect cleaning it regularly - you WILL get ill. Also don't let water sit in it when it's not in use.  Also worth noting - It doesn't leak but sometimes, depending on the air circulation in the room, some of the mist will float down onto the surface I have the humidifier sitting on. I keep the humidifier on a tray and lay the tray on a small towel to prevent my dresser from being damaged from moisture

2 years of use - not too bad

I like the clean, sleek look of the humidifier. The quietness with which it operates is also a plus. Occasionally, I can hear the water gurgle but that's because I have highly sensitive hearing. However, it doesn't disturb my sleep in the slightest

  Cleaning the unit on a daily basis is important, especially for cool mist humidifiers. I only sanitize the unit every other week. The challenge with cleaning is making sure you get into the hard to reach crevices of the undercarriage of the water tank. You need a sponge and an old toothbrush to get into the tight spaces, being sure to follow the cleaning instructions as best you can, which can take a few minutes but it's worth the time and effort

 Still, it's better than no humidifier or using a hot humidifier which can make smaller rooms stuffy. It's also better than the cool, wick humidifier by Vornado I once had with 2 reservoir tanks on either side, which would also get mold on the wick.  I also like the low lighting from the power button which is like having a night light. The nozel where the mist comes out is able to swivel or be adjusted to point in any direction which is a plus if you ask me

  Using the unit is very simple. The only other complaint I have is that even on high, the unit struggles to get my room, which is not a large room by NYC standards, up to 40% humidity on colder, drier days. Still, it's better than no humidifier or using a hot humidifier which can make smaller rooms stuffy. Good cool mist humidifier

The actual humidifying function of the humidifier works great! Definitely a noticeable difference for me in the space. While other reviewers (on this site or maybe others?) mentioned having issues with having to refill through the bottom, it hasn't bothered me at all - I knew that when I bought it. I do wish it had an estimate for how long it may be able to run based on the water in the tank. My big issue with the thing is that the smart functions are not very smart

 Truly upset by that feature not working because it impacts the entire function of the unit. It can't run on auto because auto relies on the ideal humidity you set but since the machine is reading the humidity as way higher than it actually is, the mist never kicks on because it thinks it's already humid enough. For the price difference of the smart model, it's definitely not worth it and has been a big let down.

 For the first few days, the humidity read through the app seemed accurate but as some others said, now it is reading as WAY above what the humidity actually is. I checked the troubleshooting tips for this issue through the VeSync app and pulled the unit away from the wall as suggested but it hasn't made a difference. Functional but disappointing

I have other LeVoit products. This humidifier works, but I wish it pushed the atomized water higher into the air. On high, it drenches my floor. The biggest downfall is the power cord is only about four feet

I purchased this for my baby’s room. This humidifier is very quiet and seems to emit a pretty thick stream of mist on the default mode so I have not tried the other modes. It is easier to clean than my other humidifier, but it does still have some hard to reach places. I would repurchase this over my other humidifier though so I think this is worth it

Humidity gauge is off, app is bloated with ads, and auto app function does not turn the humidifier on and off. However, the actual humidifier is extremely quiet and puts out a good amount of mist. I’m going to try one of their non-smart models instead.
