 We have a zippered part right here and We also have Some cuffs now these look familiar from the lid strength machine because they are They're not the same exact ones, but these come with the lid access so you can do things like Pilates lower body movements things like that So you get those ankle straps there and everything seems like it has enough room to go back in the case Without any trouble. Everything's a little tight, but not too bad. This is where we get into the Muscle imbalances because now we have left and right So now you can kind of see through this That i'm sorting even on some stuff and sorting even Or a little bit more on the right with the reps But the tension the asymmetrics is telling me a lot right here this time under tension metric my right Cannot hold the isometrics as much, you know why because I have an elbow and bicep injury And it's bothering me all throughout that entire demonstration This metric is correct This metric shows me exactly what I already knew But if you didn't know and you think there's an imbalance you're weak on one point and you would assume i'm right-handed So the left part would be weaker, but because of this injury i've been battling for many many years It makes it Tough to do certain exercises to hold that tension and even grip stuff as you can see I was opening up my hand a lot when I gripped this elbow just it's got a bunch of stuff going on from my illness toward my bicep, but Getting back to the workout summary This is actually pretty accurate and it's pretty Pretty useful information if you don't know or it reinforces what you already know what you need to work on And this this is pretty impressive right here. And like I said before it uses ai If i'm doing an actual workout the ai will curate the workouts It thinks I need off of the goals that I set through the app That's pretty awesome right there By the way the cost of the app comparatively speaking though like a tempo studio off-camera a tonal or other ones that have Minimum thirty nine dollars a month as a membership fee This is much more affordable and then when you pay annually you pay a year in advance You save a little bit more money

Lit Method Axis Full Review- Is This Portable Smart Gym Any ...

Game Changer

 So I think that's really cool if you are someone who likes resistance band workouts, but you want more of like the tracking like you would get with the connected fitness device. I think this is a really good option for that type of person if that's what you're looking for. Also, I have to say this is super convenient. I'm currently at my parents' house for Thanksgiving and I was able to absolutely no problem just put this in my carry-on bag and bring it with me and do a workout while I'm traveling

 I think, especially if you really like Pilates, like body weight exercise, resistance exercises, and you don't necessarily want to be like lifting heavy weights and you want to focus more on like body weight resistance stuff. I think the content is very, very good. And so I do like that. However, I would make sure you have a very secure point towards the floor, midpoint around your hips, and then one like towards your head level or a little bit higher

 To be honest, this is where I fell into a little bit of trouble and I had a little bit of confusion in how to actually set this thing up because I think the challenge I have is there's no like one specific way that you're supposed to set this whole system up and on their website, they show people using these resistance bands. Some people have it attached to like their couch. Some people have it attached to like their door frame. Some people have it set up on like an exercise bench
