CR’s take: The ceramic-coated Made By Design skillet is sold exclusively at Target. In our food-release test, eggs slid easily out of the pan in quick succession. And the coating stood up in our durability test, earning an Excellent score. Cooking evenness was fine, though some other pans do better on that test. The handle stays cool to the touch during cooking but became loose during our sturdiness test, which is typical of pans in this price range.

Good for what it is.

I'm disappointed in this pan. The non-stick surface is great so far, but out of the package, the bottom is not flat, it bows up in the middle so melting butter, for example, all drains to the edges. This is not an element level issue, but a misshapen pan. Will not buy again

originally I LOVED this pan, I loved it so much I got the small pan, the 3qt pot and the stock pot. fast forward 6 months and the non stick is fading away after being used regularly, everything is sticking now even with olive oil.

Just like the other person said it.  The second time I used the pan, It bowed up in the middle due to high heat making the nonstick surface useless when doing pancake and eggs.  It kind of shrunk back but not complete flat.  I have it picture of it

This pan was wonderful when I first got it.  Worked great for several weeks, then out of the blue it just stopped working.  I mean everything I cooked on it stuck to the pan, no matter if I used oil or butter.  So I just used more butter or oil and then it got the point where I could not get the pan clean no matter now hard I scrubbed it

 I'd recommend not using a dishwasher on it to preserve it longer. The only grief I have is that it doesn't have a lid. I like to keep my food covered to prevent spillage and to heat food faster. Small gripe

This pan looked really nice and I wanted to try something that wasn't Teflon. For the first year, it worked great with gentle use every other day or so. However, it is no longer nonstick and we will have to replace.

I bought this pan a couple months ago and have only used it around 4 or 5 times. The ceramic coating is already chipping off. Expected better quality from Target especially for a $20 pan.
