The construction is of high quality, and the insulation is more than adequate. We also appreciate that this particular style of holder has pockets for the hands to slide into, making it easy to grab cookware while providing complete protection to vulnerable skin. 
On the flip side, these holders are large when compared to other models in the class. As a result, if you're using just one hand, the extra material can get in the way. The loose material combined with all-cotton construction increases the likelihood of permanent stains. Concerns aside, we were impressed with the effectiveness of this design when using both hands, as well as the sturdy construction of the product.

Loved the colors, Wish the mitts were a little easier to use when taking things out of the oven. They're a little stiff. Maybe they'll become more flexible after a washing.

 This is a set of an oven mit and pot holder. They are nicely cushioned and provide enough thickness to them that you're not rushing the 400 degree bread pan out of the oven to clank on the counter. This cushions you from the heat so you can comfortably remove items from the oven, or the bread pan from the bread maker. There are loops on both to hang them nearby

The name for this design is 'Birds on a Wire' which honestly does not do them justice. But then the simple country flavor does. I purchased these for my bread making area on my coffee bar. I've got a French Country style to my kitchen, and these enhance that, along with just make me smile

I love everything that I have gotten from this company. It is all lovely and well made so I keep coming back for more. These specific oven mitts are great, I was happy when I received them, sadly I burned them the first time I used them and ruined them. I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw such a beautiful design ruined but I still keep using them like that they just don’t look perfect anymore, which it bothered me since they are new, but I don’t think it has anything to do with the design nor the quality

Very beautiful

 It is a bit too big to use for the stove top but is great for remove baking pans from the oven. They look so nice that I plan on ordering some as Christmas gifts.

Perfect for the holiday season! Would make a great gift. I was initially a little hesitant as to whether they would provide enough protection from the heat, but they have far exceeded my expectations! Now I’m able to comfortably rely on them. Have not needed to wash yet, but have no doubt they’ll hold up fine.

Beautiful and practical

I have bought several of these in a variety of patterns, none have disappointed me. It's a great brand, the quality is excellent! Not only do they look good, but they are thicker and better insulated than a lot of cheaper brands giving you a little more time to hold onto a hot pan.
