 Hopefully this doesn't get in your guys's way here But I am just going to go ahead now and apply this like I would my eyeliner any other time Sometimes I do a big wing up the side. Sometimes I just do a little bit today, we're going to kind of go in the middle in between just because That's just where I feel like being at today. It's just the easiest I guess for me because I do it so often But here we go I'm going to try and actually turn this a little for you guys So oh my gosh, I'm gonna have to freaking okay Rethink that before we hop into this I Didn't put any setting powder on my eyelids and that kind of creasing And I don't want to have crazy eyelids all day. Okay, it is supposed to be a precise application with a sharp line I don't feel like it holds that up I feel like the application process was actually Semi-difficult with this so as far as that I give it Maybe a two or three out of five As far as intensity of its blackness because it is supposed to be an intense black I don't feel like it's an intense black. I feel like it's again a two or three as far as that As far as all day staying power I did look in the mirror before I showered and it didn't come off this side as badly as what you see now So I personally feel like the staying power isn't that bad. I would probably put it at a 4 to 4

Makeup for school! How did I do?

 Or perhaps mine dried out, like some other reviewers have noted, and that’s why the color looks off. In any case, kind of disappointing :-/

I bought this liner in black but it applies like a muddy brown more than anything, which is annoying to me as someone who likes bold black liner. This might not matter as much for someone of a light complexion as the liner will look dark for them, but as someone of a medium-dark brown complexion, I am unable to achieve the effect desired (+ side note, the brush tip feels weirdly rough on my eyes for some reason).  I don’t know if the pictures show it, but I’ve put up a comparison between my usual go-to (revlon colorstay) on the top and the maybelline masterprecise on the bottom. It seems like the issue is that the maybelline doesn’t apply matte but semi-translucent, which takes away from the color of the liner

 But yeah, as you can see, the liner has held up pretty well. My foundation around this part here hasn't, however, just going to zoom in so you guys can see the liner is still on quite firmly. There is a little bit of transfer down here, but nothing major. Same with this side as well, like just a little bit that I would expect to get

 One thing that I have noticed is that these are definitely not going to dry down anytime soon. In a really weird way, I don't think this is the right word to describe it, but they're kind of like really juicy. Not the right word, not the right word, but that's what they are. So, we're just going to go with it

 And now I'm going to go in with the one with the normal finish. As you can see, exactly the same applicator, but just with a slightly different formula. One thing that I have noticed is that these are definitely not going to dry down anytime soon. In a really weird way, I don't think this is the right word to describe it, but they're kind of like really juicy

 But ever so slightly, which I think maybe gives the illusion that it's a bit darker than it actually is. Now, the last part of the review is to test whether or not these two liners are smudge proof. So I'm going to take my trusty mirror and I'm going to rub both of my eyes. Oh my God, no way

I’m generally new do doing my makeup routinely and my routine is very simple. I first tried wearing this liner on its own for a few hours and it totally gave me panda eyes. I tried again over eyeshadow with setting spray and it did much better, although definitely not waterproof. The picture is after my eye watered up from allergies

Not friendly for beginner/basic makeup

 It's not a huge issue for me. I got a good 5 hours out of it and as you can see in the video, it's not like a huge deal when my eyes are kind of positioned in a certain way, you can't really tell how smudged it is until I kind of like go up close and then kind of stretch it out, then it's a lot more noticeable. So it's not a deal breaker for me, I'm still going to use this felt tip liner all the time. Another thing to note is that if you don't like really fine felt tip liners, you're definitely not going to like this

 As you can see here, it's very easy to clean up which tells me that this is going to be a really easy eyeliner to remove. And here is the final look. Those wings are so sharp. Now let's just wait and see if it is smudge proof and long lasting

I purchased this eyeliner in Forrest Brown since the Line Stiletto (which I LOVED) is no longer made in Brownish-Black. First off, if you plan on traveling with this eyeliner or throwing it in your purse, plan on taping the cap on or it will fall off. More importantly, this eyeliner does not apply well to the inside corner of my (upper) eyes. Overall I'm disappointed in it's application and coverage and will be looking for a different brand

 With this one, the felt tip is very soft. Some liquid liners, it's like the felt tip is kind of hard so it feels like you're stabbing yourself in the eye. With this one, it's not like that. The felt tip is very soft

 This is the point that's on it. It's a very precise liquid liner that I do like about it and the color is very rich and it goes on easily so it's not like you have to press really hard. So those are things I do like about it. It goes on very easily and it gives you a very precise line and the color is very pigmented
