Nothing is indestructible

My 6th Spyderco, and this is the one I carry around everyday. The hand-feel, blade shape, and size are perfect. European designed, and beautifully manufactured in Republic of China.

Right now my ‘grail’ is a Microtech LUDT. Not really a grail but are kinda hard to find in stock right now and prices seem to be going up a bit. First legit grail knife I got last year was a Microtech Bounty Hunter 👍🏻

With the glove criteria you are going to have far less options. For a glove I'm going with a button auto. Microtech ludt would be a great choice. A much cheaper option while still being an awesome knife would be the boker kalashnikov line.

I switch back and forth between a LUDT and an Ultratech. I work construction so I favor the LUDT as I get very dirty and the Ultratech tends to misfire if I forget to clean it every couple weeks but my LUDT has never had an issue.

The microtech LUDT sounds perfect for your uses although it’s a little out of your price range (about $240) It seems like it could handle a lot of abuse, [this guy](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SUZHz3pslB4) made a video about its strength.
