Once I checked them out in person, I decided to buy Miele over Bosch

 The circulation pump is frozen and needs to be replaced. Its a brand new unit!!! So I called the store again and offered to spend more money on a higher end Miele and they said I need to call the manufacturer. Well I called them and they escalated the tech support call to whoever makes these decisions and I am currently awaiting an answer. The warranty service company has a replacement motor on order, but because of "COVID" (I've grown tired of that excuse for everything), they have no idea how long it will take for the part to arrive, and once it does, they have no idea how soon they'll be able to schedule someone to come out to replace it because they're backlogged because of (cough cough) COVID

 So I waited 3 weeks for a warranty service rep to come out to the house. He fired it up and came to the same conclusion. The circulation pump is frozen and needs to be replaced. Its a brand new unit!!! So I called the store again and offered to spend more money on a higher end Miele and they said I need to call the manufacturer

 In both units, the pump recirculation motor failed to engage. The store can't take it back because they say Miele wont take it back from them, it has to go through warranty channels. So I waited 3 weeks for a warranty service rep to come out to the house. He fired it up and came to the same conclusion
