 Um, it's it's the best that Mila makes is what it comes down to. Um: by having the choice of heads and being able to build the vacuum cleaner the way you want it. Um, it's it's. been our best seller the last couple years and the machine price, depending on how you set it up, ranges anywhere from in-store price only 849 to 937 is Swanson's price, and that's strictly depending on whether you buy the small nozzle, the medium nozzle, or Miele's best nozzle

 Okay, the unique thing about Miele is all of its wheels swivel so no matter where you're at, the vacuum can react without tipping over. Most canister vacuums have big back wheels and then a swivel in the front. Which means if you go to move them with your foot which you may do, it can cause the machine to tip over. Um, when we turn the vacuum on, this power head is going to come on when we lower the nozzle so you see the Led headlights

 Anything you want to do, these are packed in the box which are normally optional tools. Um, you have an electric hose, electric wand, and Miele's Best Hard floor tool which is a combination tool. The power heads that Miele offers the 217 head. This head here is recommended for people that have very little carpet primarily low cut if any, so it doesn't have any adjustments or a real aggressive brush so it's gentle

 So basically you have your power plant and you have all these different accessories to do each and individual job. That's something that an upright really can't do. [music] They try, but because of their design and the upright design, it doesn't work nearly as well as a canister. One of the biggest obstacles for people with a canister vacuum is that number one thing we hear is they don't want something to pull behind them

Miele C3 HomeCare Review

I have a cat and use my Miele Home Care upright. It works great and makes cleaning the cat hair up easy. My cat doesn’t like brushing so he scratches clumps off and it sucks them up no problem. I like being able to dial the suction down and clean the bed comforter too

From my research it looks like an upright vacuum with a bag. I am looking for something that will last a while and really get the fur out of my carpet. I would mostly be using this vacuum for my carpet, potentially on hard wood floors as well though. It's a very small apartment (750 sq ft.). Price wise, i'm willing to spend money for the right vacuum - but would ideally like to find something under $700

  - The XL head is super convenient and versatile. You can easily reach under couches, tables, and other low clearance stuff. However, the way it's designed, combined with generally mediocre motor suction, means it's always going to get everything in the first pass, which is a real shame.  - The smaller floor head has much better suction capabilities on hard flooring, but it's not as wide or versatile as the XL head

 It's really that simple, haha.  Still, I wanted to put some thoughts out there, because there aren't many reviews on these things, and waiting 20 years to do a review isn't going up help anyone.

  - Power head has some decent motor torque and it's more than adequate. The height adjustment is really convenient and seems well built.  - The XL head is super convenient and versatile. You can easily reach under couches, tables, and other low clearance stuff

 I swap the two out depending on if I want really strong suction or I need to get in really tight spaces or cover a lot of ground.  - The wand head is pretty ergonomic and the controls are convenient. Auto works well for most things, but I'll switch to full power for hard floors, or a light mode for upholstery or soft stuff. It feels well built

After nearly 40 years of serious abuse, my Red Star Miele finally broke - it still runs great, but the place where the hose attaches to the canister broke. I duct taped it, but figured it was time to buy a new model - only to discover that the new one has a hose that is fixed to the canister and doesn't rotate like the old model used to. This is one of the many redesigns that makes it less maneuverable.  (Doug's wife) I find the new "Brilliant" overall disappointing

This is Emil Ac3 Home Care Plus and what that means is that you get all your on and off controls right here on the hose handle. you get Mila's five-year or ten-year warranty plan. Now this is only valid if you buy it new

 We have flour, cat litter, breakfast, cereal, and fresh dog. [Music] It picked all that up no problem. On maximum we are almost at sea level here in Vegas so this is much different than when I've tested it over where I am in Denver the sealed suction here right around 80 and then working vacuum. it's about a little over 50 on there, almost maybe 55

Great vacuum for Hard wood or tile flooring

I have had my Meile for 5 months. For the extraordinary cost the hose should be more pliable and much longer for better maneuverability and functionality of the vacuuming process. Also when using the vacuum head with the rotator brush, when pulling back the electrical disconnect stops the head from working which means there is too much play after connecting the head to the extension wand. The plastic fitting at both ends of the connections where attachments insert have partially broke off…

 In short, I will never buy a Miele again. If $1700 can't buy decent suction, I am not a fan.  I ended up with a Shark AZ 2002 Vertx DuoClean Powerfins Upright (costs about $425) and LOVE it. It is heavier and a bit more awkward, but WOW DOES IT SUCK

Waterhog mats get thoroughly vacuumed every time, and after doing my area rugs, I was astonished to see the crap it picked up that the beloved Kenmore had been missing in its old age! I now have three Sharks of different types.  Don't waste your money on this

I was aghast at the price, but I figured, hey, I use the thing two or three times a week--why shouldn't great design cost more? But this Miele also FAILED at cleaning the floor mats I love for their incredible durability and functionality (some of the mats are 12 years old and still look great and work well)
